Navier sat down in a chair next to Duke Kaufman 'A week has passed, But I had yet to discover the true nature of the ghost. Moreover, I could no longer avoid face-to-face meetings with Kaufman. I'm a little worried tho, Angelica was meant to write to me soon. Did something happen to her? Maybe I should ask to visit or send a letter to Sovieshu asking for an update, I hope and pray she and the baby are okay.' Navier thought before looking at Kaufman "As for which goods to trade...How about necessities and useful items that can only be found in our respective regions, exotic luxury goods as well as fruit and grain that can be transported over long distances?" Navier asked "Very well. Who should we assign to do the market research?" Kaufman asked looking at Navier "I shall have to consult His Majesty. I don't know enough about this Empire to give you suggestions." Navier said as he nodded "I see." He said. Kaufman stood up "Well, then. I shall write up a summary of what we discussed." He said as Navier stood up as well "I'll do the same." She said as Kaufman hesitated for a moment, making Navier notice "Is there anything else you wanted to discuss?" Navier asked as Kaufman looked away for a moment "Marquess Catron is the mastermind behind the recent events, and Duke Rivery is turning a blind eye." Kaufman said, as Navier looked somewhat confused "What do you mean?" she asked before the thought hit her 'Is he saying what I think he is?! They're the ones who are behind this ghost incident!?' Navier thought as she left the room.

"I can see him doing it." Heinrey said, "Who?" Navier asked "Marquess Catron. He can cast illusions." Heinrey said turing to Navier "He can?" Navier asked looking up at Heinrey 'I'm surprised. One wouldn't expect the foreign minister to be a mage. But I suppose it's not unusual for an outstanding mage to be given that is unrelated to magic. Just look at Heinrey and Grand Duke Kaufman. Anyway, if that's the case...' Navier's thoughts trailed off as she looked at Heinrey "May I handle this by myself?" Navier asked making Heirey look a little worried "Of course, but what are you going to be doing?" Heinrey asked "An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth. I shall fight rumors. With rumors." Navier said with a cold look.
