I sat down reading a book as Miss Mastas's voice gained my attention "Your Majesty's always reading books." I turned to see Miss Mastas and Laura next to each other "Her Majesty was like that in the Eastern Empire, too. And she doesn't just stick to books. I've seen her go through a pile of documents this high." Laura said waving her arms around demonstrating what she meant as Miss Mastas looked at her surprised "Really?" Miss Mastas asked as I looked at them with a small smile 'It seems everyone has gotten closer quite quickly.' I thought as Countess Joubert giggled at the interaction between Laura and Miss Mastas 'Just as Lady Artina protected me in the Eastern Empire...Viscount Landre's Knights guard me in shifts here. It seems everything has fallen into place at last.' I thought with a small sigh "Your Majesty. Lady Krista's Lady-In-Waiting Lady." Rose said as she let Lady Imarie inside, once she was inside she bowed to me "I'm Imarie, Your Majesty." I thought as I saw she was holding a basket filled with lovely pink flowers, soon she lifted herself up and gestured the basket filled with flowers looking up at me. "Lady Krista would like to pass on this gift to congratulate you...After hearing that Your Majesty now has a personal division of Knights. She grew these flowers herself." Lady Imarie said as Rose walked over to her taking the basket out of Lady Imarie's hands "Give her my thanks." I said as Lady Imarie bowed and soon left as Countess Joubert held an annoyed look on her face, while Rose walked over and Laura closed the door once Lady Imarie walked out "She must be feeling uneasy because of Sir Landre's Knights." Rose said standing next to Countess Joubert and next to me "It's funny how she's sending Her Majesty a gift now after snubbing her all this time. Shall I throw it away?" Countess Joubert asked with an icy tone seeing Rose's nervousness and soon gave her a grin "I'm just kidding." Countess Joubert said as I looked down 'I wish I could also send her some flowers that I grew myself, But as I don't have any flowers of my own yet...' I thought as I closed the book I was reading "Miss Rose. Send Lady Krista a bouquet of Acacias in return." I said as all my Ladies-In-Waiting turned to me "Do we really have to give her a gift in return? I doubt she gave it to you because she actually likes you." Miss Mastas said as I shook my head "It's fine. Pretending that we're on good terms is much better than feuding." I said.
'After Lady Krista's Lady-In-Waiting stopped by. Nian came by with Viscount Landre.' I thought as Nian and Viscount Landre sat down across from me as they spoke happily to me 'To think that this innocent young man who's do anything for his love...Is one of the commanders of the fearsome transnational order of Knights. I thought as I stood up while Nian and Viscount Landre followed me to the room door "Until next time, Your Majesty." Nian said as Viscount Landre bowed to me while I gave them a soft smile with a nod "Take care." I said waving bye as they left my room, soon I turned around and walked over to a desk picking up the letter that was sent in Sovieshu's name for Angelica 'By now, Angelica would have gotten my reply letter to her advice for help. I just hope that she can handle herself when in the presence of Rashta.' I thought as I heard a knock next to me, so I placed the letter back on the desk turning to my balcony to see Heinrey standing there outside with a smile waving making me look at him unamused 'I had hoped that he would listen...' I thought grabbing the curtains and sliding them over the balcony door surprising him "My Queen?! My Queen! I'm sorry, My Queen." Heinrey said quickly as I turned my back to the closed curtain balcony 'Does he think the balcony doors are his private entrance because I keep letting him in?' I thought with a sigh.
After 30 seconds I slid back the curtains and opened the balcony door to see Heinrey sitting against the door with a glum look.
"That's enough moping. Do get up." I said making Heinrey turn to me as I stuck my hand out to him he placed his hand into mine standing up, while I led him inside my room "I'm sorry. I'm just used to meeting you here." Heinrey said as I looked up at him "I'll only allow Queen to come through the balcony." I said making him beam with happiness "So I can still come over as Queen?" He asked, "If you're confident that you can put some clothes on." I said which made him chuckle a little as I saw his cheeks blush a little "Are you going to dress me yourself?" He asked with a small smile 'What is this dirty-minded bird expecting?' I thought turning my back to him as I walked further into my room as he looked worried and followed me "It was a joke, My Queen. I apologize. I came by because I have something to tell you. I have two things of good news." He said making me turn to him "The good news is...We finally have a date for our wedding, My Queen." Heinrey said beaming with happiness "Before long, we'll be inextricably bound to each other by marriage." Heinrey said as I looked up at him "We're already inextricably bound to each other by marriage." I said as Heinrey leaned closer to me "We made our vows before God when we got married before, but this time, we're going to announce in front of everyone...That I am your husband and you are my wife." Heinrey said as I looked at him my cheeks blushing a bit. I soon turned my head away 'It's no wonder I get him confused when he keeps saying things like that.' I thought, "What's the other good news?" I asked turning back to face him "The Emperor of the Eastern Empire has sent us an invitation to his and Angelica's Wedding. He wants us to attend for the sake of Angelica, Duke and Duchess Trovi." Heinrey said with a small smile as I nodded "I will attend. It is my sister's first wedding and I wish to see her and my parents on her wedding day." I said, "Then...I will go with you, My Queen. My parents are there, too." Heinrey said making me a little surprised 'Heinrey's parents...Are in the Eastern Empire?' I thought as I looked at him "It seemed like they really felt awkward around me. I've never seen anyone act like that around me before. This time I plan on making sure that they love me as their Son-in-Law." Heinrey said determined as I suddenly knew who he was talking about "Oh...I'm sure they like you already." I said as Heinrey gave me a smile giving me a little kiss on the cheek which surprised me as He leaned close to my ear "Tell me something. When will I know that you love me as your husband?" Heinrey whispered in my ear making my eyes widen 'Love him as my husband...He's already lovable enough as he is. Is he asking me to show him that I love him?' I thought "it seems that my question caught you by surprise.
"Ah...?" I looked up at him surprised as he gave me a smile "You can give me your answer later..." Heinrey said before leaving out of the balcony leaving me surprised.
