"𝐇𝐄𝐘 𝐃𝐀𝐃!" 𝐄𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐘 and Essynce chimed in unison, their excited voices bursting through the phone line as soon as the call connected. Their dad, Elliot, had finally managed to break free from his busy work schedule and reach out to them, coincidentally catching them both as they were getting ready to start their day.

"Wassup my babies? What y'all got goin' on today?" Elliot's smile was radiant as he looked at the twins, his voice dripping with warmth and enthusiasm.

"We going to our neighbor's house since she cooking. Grandma probably going to go to bingo," Essynce chirped, her voice bubbling with excitement and a hint of playful slang.

They were truly daddy's girls, and if their father, Elliot, were to call Florida home, they would undoubtedly be packing their bags to join him, eager to be by his side.

Their daddy's girl status was evident in the way they would light up during phone calls with Elliot, giggling at his silly jokes and stories about life in Texas. They'd spend hours chatting with him about their day, sharing every detail, and seeking his advice and guidance.

Whenever Elliot would visit, the twins would be over the moon with excitement, eager to spend quality time with their father.

"She love her some bingo— and who is this neighbor? Does ma know them?" His tone was full of curiosity.

"Yeah, they're close friends, her name is Octavia," Eternity said, securing her bracelet on her wrist. With her hair still looking fabulous and freshly styled, she didn't bother taking it down. She was a stickler for her nighttime hair care routine and took it very seriously.

"Mhm. I guess," Elliot muttered.

"What you doin' today?" Essynce asked. "I cooked me a little meal," Elliot shrugged his shoulders.
