"दुनिया ये थोड़ी-थोड़ी है बेहतर लगे
मिल के खोने का डर लगे
जाना भी तो फिर से आना तू"

The morning sun filtered through the curtains, casting a soft glow over the room. Myra was bustling around, getting ready for the hospital, while Abhishek sat on the couch, watching her with a mix of admiration and sadness. It was his last day in Mumbai, and the thought of leaving her behind was gnawing at him.

"Myra, ruk," Abhishek called out as she was about to leave.

She turned around, a slight frown on her face. "What is it, Abhay? I'm getting late."

He got up from the couch, walked over to her, and gently took her wrist, pulling her towards him. Without a word, he hugged and kissed her on the forehead, lingering just a moment longer than usual.

Myra felt a rush of warmth at his touch, but she quickly shook it off. "Abhay, I really have to go. I'll be late for my shift."

He nodded, releasing her. "I know, but I need to tell you something."

She paused, her hand on the doorknob. "What now?" she asked, a mix of impatience and curiosity in her voice.

Abhishek took a deep breath, his heart pounding. "I love you."

The words hung in the air, heavy and significant. Myra's eyes widened, but then a warm smile spread across her face. She stepped towards him, wrapped her arms around his waist, and pressed a kiss on his shoulder, standing on her tiptoes because of their height difference.

"I love you more," she whispered, looking up at him.

Abhishek chuckled, a playful glint in his eyes. "Chal, jhooti," he teased, before gently, playfully pushing her towards the door. "Now go, you're going to be late."

Myra laughed, her heart light and happy as she left the apartment. As she walked to the hospital, she couldn't help but smile, thinking about Abhishek and the love they had just confessed to each other. The future was uncertain, but in that moment, everything felt perfect.

After a long day at the hospital, Myra returned to her apartment with a plan in mind. She wanted to make the most of Abhishek's last evening in Mumbai, and the only way to do that without attracting unwanted attention was to have a cozy date at home.

The moment she walked through the door, she kicked off her shoes and called out, "Abhay, where are you?"

"In the living room!" he responded.

She found him lounging on the couch, scrolling through his phone. His face lit up when he saw her, but he raised an eyebrow at her determined expression. "What's up?"

"We're having a date night," she declared, a mischievous smile playing on her lips.

He looked at her, puzzled but intrigued. "A date night? Here?"

"Yes, here. We can't go out without people recognizing you and starting rumors. So, we're doing this my way," she said, already heading towards the kitchen.

Abhishek followed her, curiosity piqued. "Alright, what's the plan?"

"First, I'm going to make us dinner. And while I do that, you can set up the living room to be a bit more... romantic," she instructed, giving him a quick kiss on the cheek before getting to work.

Abhishek shook his head, laughing. "So, you're making me do work for my own date? Nice, Myra. Real nice."

Myra winked at him. "Consider it payback for all the times you made me angry."

He rolled his eyes but went along with it, rummaging through the apartment for candles, fairy lights, and some soft music. As he hung up the lights, he called out, "You know, I'm not sure if this is romantic or just free labor."

"Stop complaining and make it look good, Mr. Sharma," she teased back from the kitchen.

Within an hour, the living room was transformed into a cozy, intimate space. Abhishek stepped back, admiring his handiwork. "Alright, Miss Bossy Pants, your romantic ambiance is ready. And what's with you and your obsession with calling me 'Mr. Sharma' ?"

Meanwhile, Myra was busy in the kitchen, whipping up a simple but delicious meal. She had always loved cooking, and doing it for Abhishek made it even more special. When she finally emerged, carrying plates of pasta and a salad, she was greeted by a beautifully set-up living room.

"Meri marzi. Woah, Abhay, this looks amazing," she said, genuinely impressed.

He grinned, taking the plates from her and setting them on the coffee table. "I have a good idea of what you'd like."

They sat down, side by side on the couch, and began to eat. The conversation flowed easily, filled with laughter and teasing.

"So, what's next, boss?" Abhishek asked, winking.

"Next, we enjoy this food and then maybe a movie?" Myra suggested.

Abhishek nodded. "Sounds perfect. And for the record, you owe me for all this effort."

Myra laughed. "Oh, really? And what do you want in return?"

He pretended to think. "Maybe a kiss?"

She swatted his arm playfully. "In your dreams, Sharma."

After dinner, they settled into a comfortable silence, savoring the moment. Myra leaned her head on Abhishek's shoulder, feeling content and happy.

"Godd. You know, this is perfect," she murmured.

Abhishek kissed the top of her head. "I'm glad you think so. Yaar, I wish I could stay longer."

She sighed, knowing he had to leave the next day. "We'll make it work."

He nodded, pulling her closer. "Yeah, we will."

They stayed like that for a while, wrapped up in each other's warmth. It was a night to remember, a moment of peace and love in the midst of their hectic lives. As they eventually drifted off to sleep, they knew that no matter what the future held, they would face it together.
