The ride to Nicos training was beautifull similar. The roads, smells, the surroundings all paired with the people of spain, friendly and somewhat welcoming. As they drove past the streets she watched as families greeted each other and got themselves ready for the upcoming day. This was all well and good, but there was a nervous feeling in Alicias stomach and she wasnt sure why. "Ive got to be quick. Saluda a Alex de mi parte" [ say hello to alex for me ] Nico explained as he did some warm up drills while jogging onto the pitch. "Alex? Whos Alex?" She asked. Her eyebrows furrowing but Nico didnt reply as he was already being welcomed by the boys.

The ground was full of people, from proud parents to sport associate's. After making her way through the semi filled seats she finally noticed Thalia, Maria and an unfamiliar face. "Here she is" Thalia explained, rolling her eyes. "Lo siento Nico drives so slow" She tutted, causing laughs from the others. The unfamiliar face took too much joy in her joke than she wouldve liked and she wondered why the pit in her stomach was getting deeper and deeper. "Im sorry- Lici! This is Alex" Maria said, stumbling over her words as the girl stood up to greet Alicia. "Hi. Im Alex, Lamines girlfriend" She smiled. She sounded so sweet yet accomplished with herself at the same time. "Encantanda de conocerte" [ nice to meet you ] She spoke politely, almost pull Alicia down with her into the nearest chair.

Alex stood tall, an athletic build. Her waist was tiny but her hips were an amazing side, complimenting her prominent hourglass shape, Long brunette hair sat beautifully on her shoulders, moving in the wind. While he lashes touched the bottoms of her dark eyebrows placed above a pair of hypnotizing almond eyes.

FLASHBACK..!

"Okay you ready?" Alicia asked. It was the day of Nicos first formal presentation after winning La Liga ain his first season at Barcelona. He was nervous so left much earlier with the boys for pre drinks leaving Alicia by herself. Lamine had offered to keep her some company as her parents were out of town as they had always been close and recently, closer but Nico would never agree with it. "Just come out already" Lamine sighed, while laughing at her probes. She agreed, dragging her words and soon after stepped out the bedroom door.

Her dress was a beautiful yellow color. With an enhanced minor detail on her hip. Her hair was straightened, which was unsual since she loved her curls and it dropped past her shoulders.
"Como me veo?" [ how do i look? ] Alicia asked, lifting the dred up a little as she stood in the doorway. "Te ves como la perfeccion" [ you look like perfection ] Lamine confessed. They didnt usually throw compliments around like this but it didnt land in her head the way he meant it too. Lamine wore a fine cut black suit with a plain shirt underneath. His watch sat comfortably on his wrist and signature van cleef bracelet on his left arm. She couldnt help but admire the small details in his outfits he always made prominent.

He opened his arm, welcoming her to link onto him as they made their way to the taxi he had ordered. It was silent, the comfortable kind because of the visible tension between the two but none of them were willing to make the first move. As they arrived at the hall, Lamine tipped the taxi before opening his hand back up to help Alicia. They walked into the hall hand in hand, only letting go when they walked past the people that knew them before Lamine broke off to get them both some drinks. The remainder of the night consisted of the two unknowingly flirting. From grazing legs underneath the table to only focusing on eachother even when someone else was talking.

Everyone could see it but them.
Their simple compatibility, the way they smmiled and laughed with each other. Everything was just so easy. Alicia was a hard one to crack and Lamine had successfully broken all her fences.

"Ill guess ill see you soon?" Alicia spoke. Shoes in hand standing in the doorway of the childhood home. Nico had stayed later with the rest of the team but Lamine wanted to assure she got home safely. "Yeah i guess" He said. A small smile appearing on his face to which she returned. "Bye" She waved, attempting to close the door infront of herself but being cut off by his breathless attempt to stop her. "Wait" He whispered. Pushing the door back open and choosing to act on his feelings instead of following his head. His hand slipped up her back, pulling her towards him as their lips crashed together. One small peck that shocked them both, maming them pull away and wonder if this was really happening. Before it turned into a very deep kiss that the two savoured.
