'Oh its nice to meet you' Alicia said smiling. She finally realised why she felt nervous feeling in her stomach on the drive to training. It was her thoughts of Lamine.

The night they shared together before she left cpnstantly played on her mind and being in such close proximity to him had triggered some heavily blanketed feelings.

Alex was a really sweet girl, Alicia couldnt help but enjoy her presence and the twins were always welcoming and comfortable with everyone that they came into contact with.

After about an hour, Alicia and Maria decided to grab some food from the van. Which came at almost the perfect time as the longer she spent staring at Alex, the more she began to compare herself to the girl.

"'Whats with you?" Maria asked, nudging Alicia at side as she spaced out deep in thought. Clapping her back to reality while she tapped her card to play Maria searched deep in her mind of what possibly could be wrong. "Me? What? Nothing" Alicia replied, the words racing off her tounge as her eyes travelled over to the pitch that her brother and Lamine had begun to play fight on.

"Alex is a sweet girl isnt she?" Maria asked, just making general conversation but not knowing the affect just that name was beginning to have on Alicia. "How long have they been together?" Alicia questioned, nodding her head in agreeance while wondering if it was just a fling with the pair. "Nearly 6 months" Maria explained causing the the girl to nearly choke on her fanta lemon as the number made her heart drop.

After what felt like years of conversation, the boys finally qrapped up training. Alicia has forgotten how lengthy these training sessions could be and everytime her eyes shut for too long she could feel herself back on the beach in Brazil. A tug from Thalia as they rushed down the steps brought her back to the harsh reality.

Alex headed towards Lamine, whos eyes were darting from person to person trying to fathom out if he was really in that situation right now. "Ready for the Euros hermano?" Alicia asked, weaving in underneath his arm and giving him a hug that he jokingly brushed it off. "Been ready Lici" He shrugged his shoulders, trying to act like he was totally unbothered and making the small group laugh.

"Well hi then?" Alejandro rolled his eyes sarcastically as his long time bestfriend hadnt taken the time to greet him. Alejandro and Alicias friendship had always been strong and she knew it wouldnt change no matter how far across the world she was. "Ugh, your still here?" Alicia scoffed, causing Maria to chuckle as she listened in on their conversation. Anyone with eyes knew that Maria had the biggest crush on him. Ever since she was a kid she would always laugh the loudest at his jokes and everyone knew.

"Yo Lami? You really not going to say hello to Lici?" Alejandro asked, making the girl stop her light laughter and begin to feel uncomfortable with the eyes of the small group staring at her.
He hadnt meant any harm but the pair were such close friends before she left and he thought it would resume just like theirs.

"Hola Alicia, how was Brazil?" He spoke, his arm lifting up and around Alex' as he awaited her reply. She got a good look at him. He had grown taller, before he was only just a few inches larger than her and now he nearly towered over her. His natural brunette hair had lighter highlights throughout althought she preferred his darker, it felt familiar almost.
