"Hello..?" Lamine asked, waiting patiently on the other end of the phone for Alicia to put her camera on. "Alicia? are you okay?" He questioned after a few moments, all he could hear was minor rustling.

"I- Im okay yeah" She explained breathlessly. Alicia had spent the night sleeping on the sofa, watching some of her comfort movies. The apartment was eerily empty without Nico and she hadn't realised how much presence her brother had.

"Alicia. I didn't call to see a blank screen, i want to see you." Lamine laughed knowing she was probably on the other side of the phone attempting to 'fix' how she looks to please him but he didn't care.

"That better?" She huffed, after recollecting her scrambled thoughts from his comment and finally turning her camera on. "Much better' He smirked, watching as the curls slipped their way out of her messy bun.
