after running up the stairs of the apartment complex, she finally reached her brothers apartment. opening the door she saw him sprawled out onto the sofa asleep, so she decided to just creep into her bedroom.
creaking the door behind her she screwed her face hoping it wouldnt make a noise but unfortunately it did and he woke up in a fright.
'chill..its only me' she explained while walking out of her bedroom attempting to greet him but instead his face was brushed with confusion. 'wait? mierda lo siento' [ shit im sorry ] he said rubbing his eyes adjusting to his surroundings.
'que?' she spoke confused. nico was never any help after he had freshly woken up. 'tell hector i said thanks for dropping you home' he explained while walking towards the bathroom.
'hect- what?' alicia muttered as he closed the door behind him.
lamine said he was sent to pick up alicia, not that he came off his own regard without nico knowing. what was she supposed to do, she couldnt lie to him but she couldnt tell the truth either.
'whyare you just standing there' he asked while frowning at his sister who just stood in the living room. 'i- im just gonna go to bed' she explained shaking her head lightly as he side eyed her walking away.
