After returning to the hotel, Taekook changed into much more comfortable outfits and drove for a few hours.

Once they reached Tae's home, Kook expected her to say something.

However, she told him not to expect anything at the start.

Kook: "So..."
He says that Tae was leaving after saying goodnight to him.

Tae: "So?"
She asked back with a raised eyebrow.

Kook: "Do you think we can..."

Tae: "You already said you won't be expecting anything in return, right?"

Kook: "Yeah, Okay."
He says silently while Tae starts to walk again.

Tae: "So, you will not ask me anymore?"
She says, turning back to face him but still taking small steps towards her house.

Kook: "It's about love, Tae. No one can force the feelings they have to come by themselves."

Tae: "Oh."
She says in a surprised tone.

Kook: "Yeah."
He replies, nodding like a kid.

Tae: "What if I say I enjoyed our journey and want to continue it."
She speaks softly yet clearly.

Kook: "It would be great."
He says absent-mindedly.

Tae: "Yeah."

Kook: "What did you just say?"
He says, parking his bike and rushing toward Tae, who chuckled at his reaction.

Tae: "I meant what I said."

Kook: "SO."

Tae: "I want to spend the rest of my life with you."
She says, slowly cupping his cheek with a slightly nervous smile.

Kook picked her up in the air and spun her around, making her giggle.

Kook was on cloud nine.

He gently put her on the ground, his eyes deep into hers.

Tae had a shy smile on her lips, and Kook gently cupped her cheeks and kissed her forehead, to which Tae closed her eyes, feeling his warm lips and the assurance he was giving her.

Tae: "Will you always give me the same attention?"
She speaks, looking at his Tee while playing with the button.

Kook: "I promise you my buttercup. Until the very last moment of my life."
He says, hugging her waist while Tae snuggles her face into his crook.

Kook: "Every moment with you is a treasure, Tae. I can't wait to make a lifetime of memories with you."

Tae smiled, her eyes sparkling with joy and love.

Tae: "Then let's make it unforgettable, Kook."

Tae/Kook: "Together."
They both said at the same time, making both of them chuckle.

Kook nodded, his heart swelling with emotion. He leaned in and kissed her gently, sealing their promise with a tender touch. Tae tightened her grip on his Tee.

As they stood there, wrapped in each other's embrace, the world seemed to fade away, leaving just the two of them forever intertwined.

Kook kissed Tae's cheeks.

Suddenly, it started to storm.

Tae: "M-Maybe you need to leave."
She says, backing away a bit.

Kook: "Can't I stay?"
He asks, showing his puppy doe eyes.

Tae: "No, K-kookie."

Kook: "I promise I won't do anything."
He says with a grin.

Tae: "I'm not sure about myself."
She mumbles.

Kook: "You said something?"

Tae: "Be careful on your way, Kookie."
She says, slowly waving at him.

Kook: "Okay. Good night, sweetheart."
He says, blowing a kiss.

Tae: "Good night. Be careful on your way."
She says, waving at him tinyly.

Kook: "Go in."
He says, gesturing for her to go in.

Tae nods at him, goes in, and locks the door.

Once he saw that the lights on the top floor were turned on, he mentally noted that it was Tae's bedroom and smiled at himself like a fool.

Tae: "Message me once you reach home, dear."
She shouts once she spots Kook still there when she opens the window.

Kook: "Sure. Good night, love."
Saying this, he started to drive to his home.
