Later In The Countryside

At The Farmhouse

"You think he can hear us?" Donnie asks Splinter. "Perhaps." Splinter said to him as he shifts aside as Donnie kneels next to his brother. "Hey, Leo, it's me, Don." Donnie said to Leo making Cheyenne look at him. "Listen, you're gonna pull through this, I know you are. You have to. I mean, you know what kind of trouble we'd get in without you. Like, remember the time I built that remote controlled car?" Donnie asks him.

Flashback 

A remote controlled car zipping through the sewer tunnels. Turtle Tot Donnie was steering the car as Turtle Tot Leo looks on. "Check out the turning radius on this thing, Leo." Donnie said to his brother then he executes a hard turn, but the car skids off the walkway and falls into the fast running water.  "Aw!" Donnie said to himself. "Remind me never to let you behind the wheel of a real car." Leo said to him. "Hang on." Donnie said to him and he hands the remote to Leo. "I'll get it." Donnie said to him then he chases after the car.

"There was all kinds of debris clogging up the tunnel. And the sewers were overflowing from the heavy rains we just had. But I wasn't paying attention to that. I just wanted my car back."

Tot Donnie grabs a long branch out of the water then he manages to snag the car with the branch, but a pile of debris slams into the car, pushing against the branch hard enough to send the young turtle plummeting into the water. "Whoa!" Donnie screams. "Donny!" Leo yells his name as Donnie is swept towards a pipe outlet and the waterfall sends him plunging into a catch pool below, Donnie surfaces but can't move. "Leo! I'm stuck!" Donnie yelled, his leg is wedged in between some heavy debris and the water is rising. "I can't get my leg free. Leo!" Donnie screams as he struggles. "Leo!" Donnie screams his brother's name. The water starts rising above his head. Tot Leo dives into the pool and manages to shift the board that was holding his brother. Leo swims under Donnie and drapes him over his shoulder. Rising to the surface, he swims to a lower tunnel entrance where the water is not running as swiftly, and pulls himself and his brother up. They both roll over, panting hard to catch their breath. "What? You didn't get the car?" Donnie asks him making Leo give him a look.

Back to Present

"You really came through for me that day, Leo. You always do. And I know you will again." Donnie said to him. "Ha! Looks like you got him hanging on your every word, Don." Raph said to him then Leo groans and moves his head. "Hey, I think he heard you, Raphie." Casey said to him. "Maybe talking to him does help." April said to them. "It is said that the voice of a loved one can guide a lost spirit back to its home." Splinter said to them. "Mind if I take a crack at it?" Mikey asks them and he kneels next to Leo. "Listen, bro, just like concentrate on my voice. Come on, Leo, you know how focused you get when you set your mind on something." Mikey said to him.

Flashback

"Like, remember that time you were trying to perfect your katas?"

At the lair, Leo was practicing his ninjutsu moves as Tot Mikey walks past and then comes back when Tot Leo freezes in a Crane Stance. Tot Leo was completely frozen and a wicked smile graces Tot Mikey's face at the sight of his brother. Tot Mikey removes his headset and stands in front of his brother. "Hey, Leo, you seen my Game Guy anywhere?" Mikey asks him but Leo does not move and Tot Mikey waves a hand in front of his face. "Hello?! Anyone home?" Mikey asks him. 

"Nothing in the world was going to break your concentration. But that wasn't gonna stop me from trying."

Mikey puts his fingers in his mouth to widen it and wags his tongue in his brother's face. "Bla-la-la-la-la." Mikey said but Leo does not move.
