Drea about to turn into a different person 😮‍💨 but let's sprinkle some love up in here first

OMNISCIENT-

The flight back home seemed longer than the way there. Marco made sure to switch seats with Apryl who sat next to Drea. Everybody made fun of how clingy he was with his girlfriend, but he didn't care and neither did she. Once they landed, Drea expected to ride with her brother so that she could go home and unpack, but Marco grabbed her and told her that she'd be coming with him. As badly as she missed her bed, she missed his even more so she didn't mind.

The entire ride there texts from an unknown number came through Marco's phone, threatening him, saying if he didn't leave Drea alone, she'd continue to suffer.

Frustrated, Marco tossed his phone back in his cup holder. Drea looked at it confused, then up at him. "You alright?"

"Yeah, just some bullshit I ain't ready to deal with."

"Oh...so I've been thinking about your offer."

"What offer?" Marco glanced at her, semi knowing what she was referring to but wanted to hear her say it.

"Us working together."

"Oh you want me to be ya boss and daddy?" He pinched her chin.

"You won't be my boss, I work with you, not for you."

"Heard you."

"What would I even do though? I'm not selling drugs, that's a boy job."

"And being a trained sniper ain't a boy job?"

"It is but I'm just good at it. I could hit a target with my eyes closed. Out of me and my siblings I have the best aim but don't think my skills are limited to a gun, torturing someone is really my joy."

"Joy?! Oh yeah you crazy as hell. I can't wait to see that."

"Trust me, you don't."

"I can't imagine my sweet, loving girlfriend being so violent and vicious."

"You just don't know what I'm capable of Marco, you just don't know."

Glancing over, he saw a certain look in her eye and decided to end the conversation. The rest of the ride to his house was quiet. The energy had shifted, but not in a good way. When they pulled into the driveway, Marco climbed out first then went around to open her door. As soon as Drea was fully out, he got behind her and covered her eyes, making her laugh.

"What are you doing?" She asked.

"I told you I had a surprise for you."

"Is it a Hermes?"

"Those gifts are something you receive when you hit wife status. I'm not just buying anybody a birkin."

Drea stopped walking making him bump into her. "So now I'm just anybody?"

"Walk, woman."

Shaking her head, she turned and kept going. Marco managed to open the door then guided her inside and over near his kitchen.

"Alright, keep your eyes closed and hold your hands out." He instructed.

"Wait! I'm nervous. It bet not be no prank or I swear I'll fight you."

"It ain't, just hold ya damn hands out."

"Okay Marco, be stupid if you want."

Waving his hand at her, he walked over to the doggy bed and picked up her birthday gift then went and placed him in her arms. Drea rubbed its fur slowly, then quickly before her eyes popped open and she looked down at the brown miniature poodle that she showed him in her arms.
