Teaser 1 - First Clash

"Huuuyyyy!!"

"Aray naman!", I complained while stretching my arms and rubbing my forehead na pinitik ni Ara.

I yawned afterwards.

"Aba naman daks, buhay na buhay tayo sa umaga ah.", bati sakin ng magaling kong kaibigan dahil naabutan niya akong natutulog dito sa McDo.

We decided to have breakfast together before we start our busy lives today.

"Antok pa talaga akooo.", I placed my head over my folded arms on the table.

"Siguro hindi ka na naman pinatulog ni chinito gwapo 'no?"

"What?! Ayusin mo nga, baka kung anong isipin ng iba sa sinabi mo. And he's just chinito, ok? But far from being gwapo."

"Pramis? Bumagsak ka man sa Neuroscience exam mo?"

"NO WAY! Grabe to, wala namang ganyanan."

"O tamo. Di mo nga mailaban. Libreng umamin teh.", pilit niya sakin.

Ayoko nga. Over my gorgeous body. Saka there really is nothing to admit naman talaga ah. Pangit-pangit nun.

"Can we not talk about him? Order na tayo, gutom na ako."

"O sige na ako na bibili. Pero pag ikaw nadatnan kong tulog, ikaw magbabayad lahat.", she said before leaving.

Nang makabalik siya, muntik na niyang mabitawan yung tray, buti na lang malapit na sa mesa.

"Aba Victonara! Magbabayad ulit talaga tayo pag ganyan. Ikaw ata tulog eh!"

"Daks!", she tried to contain her squeal in a whisper.

"Ano ba yun?"

"Si chinito-far-from-gwapo, papalapit sa atin."

As if on cue, I heard him speak.

"Well, well. If it isn't Mika Reyes again. Why do you keep on following me? Crush mo ko 'no?", he asked with that teasing smirk on his face.

Biglang nag-init ang dugo ko sa narinig. I stood up and faced him.

"Ha ha. Aga naman ng joke mo, Teng. Paalala ko lang ah, NAUNA AKO dito, NAUNA AKO sa La Salle, at NAUNA AKO sa #3 Mapayapa. Baka IKAW ang may crush SA AKIN.", I challenged him.

"In case you weren't informed, I am three months older than you. Nauna ako sa Earth. So technically, nauna ako sa lahat."

I couldn't think of a smart comeback. DAMN.

The guy in front of me smiled victoriously.

UGH.

He suddenly moved his face closer to mine and whispered to my ear.

"1-0."

Ah ganon. Akala mo aatrasan kita? Nagkakamali ka ng binangga, Teng.

Let the game begin.

Hi y'all. Starting something new. I still have 5-6 chaps left for Taste of Heaven though. Tatapusin ko yun, shur. :) And soon, I hope. <3

Anyway, this one's born out of the picture that launched a thousand feelsss for me. That #Animo photo during the night of the Preview Ball. I found myself searching for it on my camera roll everytime, hue hue.

And mas nakita ko lang talaga si Jeron for the lead character here. Kiefer has always been Mr. Congeniality para sakin and not really masungit kaya eto. Would understand though kung hindi na basahin ng iba :)

Feeling ko naibigay ko na lahat sa Taste of Heaven kaya this one won't be easier for me. Kung may similarity man sila, it only means na I couldn't take those "fiction elements" out of my system XD

This isn't #TeamBrad kasi this isn't a friendship story alone. Pero #TeamBrad ako in reality ;)
