It's been more than a month of open kilig and getting to know Jeron.

Ever since that crazy Valentine's date we had, things changed between the two of us.

Ang sarap sa feeling na pwede kaming maging sweet sa isa't isa. At kahit pa may malisya, ok lang. Gusto rin namin eh. Hahaha

For a week, he kept on apologizing to me for not being able to give the perfect date. What he doesn't know is that... it was my kind of perfect. I appreciate his effort of getting me flowers, of running in the rain just so he wouldn't keep me waiting, and of doing anything to make me happy... To the point of dancing to Twerk it like Miley.

Haaaayyyyyy Jeron Alvin Teng...

"Huy!"

"Ay, Jeron!"

Kakagulat naman 'to.

I held my chest and exhaled deeply realizing it was just Tori. Akala ko kung sino.

"Ayan tayo sa daydreaming eh. Hinay-hinay te. Napag-hahalataan.", pang-aasar niya.

"Eh kasi... Iba talaga siya, Tori. Iba talaga.", I couldn't help but smile.

"Pansin ko nga. He was the only one who ended your heart's three-year drought eh."

"Maka-drought ka naman diyan. Ano yun, championship lang?"

"Oo. Diba, champion siya sa puso mo? Yeeeee!!!"

"Sira. Corny mo."

We continued to walk all the way to the seats in the school lobby. Monday ngayon kaya hanggang 3 PM lang ang classes namin.

"Corny pero kilig ka naman! So ano, nasabi niyo na ba yung three magic words?", she then asked.

"Two magic words pa lang.", sagot ko.

She gave me a confused look.

"Crush kita. Yun."

"What? Ano kayo, high school? Scratch that. Ano kayo, kinder?!"

"Grabe ka naman. Sabi mo nga diba, hinay-hinay. Baby steps. Darating din naman tayo doon eh. Basta for now, we know that we like each other.", I responded.

"Naksss! Yun naman! O, ayan na pala yung crush mo. Sinusundo ka na.", sabi niya habang nakatingin sa harap namin.

I turned my eyes to the entrance and saw Jeron approaching us.

He greeted Tori with a hello but when he got near me, he took my things and kissed me on the cheek.

"Ayyyyy!!! Grabe sila oh! Daming ants!

Alis na nga ako. Enjoy, love birds!", Tori bid us goodbye.

I turned to Jeron again and just let my gaze linger on his face.

"O, baka lalo kang mahulog sakin niyan.", he said with a playful smirk.

"Yabang.

Pero until now kasi... sobrang surreal pa rin. Parang never akong masasanay na ganito tayo.", I responded honestly.

Jeron put his right arm around my shoulders and led me to walk towards the car.

"You don't have to get used to it. Kasi favorite ko yung face mo na nagugulat."
