11 / Punishment, kind of?

SANEMI POV:

The morning after that embarrassing night, The master wanted to see me according to my crow. Fuck it was probably about my fight with Giyuu.

When I arrived he was already there with 2 of his children. The guilt seeped into me.... I know I probably disappointed him. I bowed straight away.

"Sanemi, thank you for coming." His angelic voice gently twinkled my ears. "You do know what I wanted to talk to you about, don't you?"
"Master, Forgive me for my actions.... I was wrong." I say quickly after.

"Sanemi,... Any hashira shouldn't pick fights with another Hashira. You are all the top of the Demon slayers..."
-- was he angry? His soft voice made everything confusing.

"What you did was no way to behave... I know you have your hatred towards our Water Hashira, but that was no reason to start a fight. And so, I wasn't you to stay off duty for a few days. Please take a rest from your missions and reflect on your actions, Wind Pillar."

"Yes master." I said firmly. He was punishing me for a few days, but he wanted me to rest? It was confusing. Whatever, a couple days off is nice. The master just smiled and exited with his children...

Welp, guess i'm free from duty? I'll walk back to my estate.

Just as I was passing, I saw that kamado kid coming from a direction Kocho was walking toward. They talked for a few seconds and then went walking. My first thought was "weird.." but then it was ' Giyuu's estate was in the direction kamado came from and Kocho was going to.' I caught up with Kocho quickly.

"Good day to you Shinazugawa!" She smiled.
"Where are you going?" I asked.
"Tomioka-san's estate! But I suggest you do not follow me."
"But- why?"
"You literally beat him up the other day......."
I then remembered what I did.... shit....
"Well, you leaked his secret, how come he'll see you?" I said.
"Well, he left my mansion unexpectedly! I have to hunt him down now."
-- makes sense. Kocho is always up in Giyuu's business.

"Please, let me come with you, and if you do , don't tell anyone... I won't do anything to Tomioka..."

"This is unlike you Shinazugawa! Why the sudden urge to see Tomioka-san?"

"Don't question me alright?" I was getting angry.

"Alright, fine. Come with me."

When we reached Giyuu's estate Kocho knocked on the door. "Tomioka-san, are you in there?"
-- "Tomioka-san, you left the Butterfly Mansion without informing anyone! I was looking for you !"

GIYUU POV:
I can feel my door being knocked on cause i'm sitting next to it this is fucking great. What do I do...? The banging continued, untill the door burst open. Of course it was Kocho and- Shinazugawa???????

I want him fucking out now. I stood up but Kocho mouthed something.
"Tomioka-san, why didn't you open the door to me? Surely you felt me knocking!" She said. She hadn't forgot I-was deaf then....
"Get out." I said while aiming my stare at Shinazugawa.

"Tomioka, I just wanna talk..." He said.

I shook my head in discust at what I was seeing and just looked at Kocho cluelessly.

"Tomioka-san, why did you suddenly leave my mansion yesterday without informing anybody?"

"Nobody was there." I replied so I hoped she would leave and drag that white haired idiot with her... My voice must have sounded weird again cause Kocho looked at me concerned. "Well, that would be all, Goodbye Tomioka!" She smiled and then she left. But now I had another problem... Shinazugawa was still standing in my estate looking clueless. Why didn't he go away with Kocho idfk...

"Giyuu- listen..."  his lips read.

"Don't use my thfirst name." I said. What the fuck did he think he was doing standing in my estate?

"Please listen before you kick me out!!! I'm begging. Look I know I fucked up yesterday with my apology, but I want to do it properly and I really mean it-"
-- does he ever stop spitting out bullshit? Hell Yes he fucked up his apology. He's probably doing this cause Himejima told him to, or Master or someone.

"Bullshit." I said. His lips stopped moving for a second and I thought he was going to get out ,untill he moved them again.
"I really mean it, i'm sorry! I'm not doing this because anybody told me to , I feel guilty."

--As he should. Did he read my mind or smth??
"Yeah yu should be guilty." I said.  He just looked at me sincerely and then i saw him say "I will leave now... sorry." And he exited. I was surprised, what was this behaviour? He would have been shouting at me usually. Did he just change cause he found out about me being deaf and he thinks he should apologise to seem like a good person or something?

Why am I still thinking about this anyway?
