SANEMI POV

"I think I'm actually ok now-" Before He finished he lost balance, I caught him just in time.

"Giyuu!"

Why was he always injured in some way..?

"Whoops, the wound hurts more than I thought.." He said.

"GIYUU! Don't Joke around! The wound is deep but it's not life threatening! I saw it! Why isn't it healing by now? Are you taking care of yourself properly ?"

"I- I am taking care of myself , by myself, I'  not stupid...!" Giyuu said.

"You know, you're supposed to drink plenty of water and sleep lots with this! It should be healed by now! I know! I've had many in that spot!"

"Well, I- " but Giyuu sighed in pain and he looks bad now.

"You obviously haven't been sleeping enough ! Look at your state! I'm calling you a ride home-"

"NO. I'm walking! I can walk myself!"

"Dammit can you accept that you need help for one minute?"

"Funny you are saying that."

"HEY- Whatever, please let me at least walk you home then dammit!" I know i said that, But I was still supporting Giyuu, so he can't get rid of me yet.

"I-"

"Come on let's go." I said before he could say more. I let go of my hand that was holding onto his shoulder and I just walked behind him to the side. In case he fell.

"I'm fine," Giyuu said. No he wasn't.
i walked next to him so he could read my lips.

"You're not, you're literally breathing heavy for air. as soon as we get to your estate you are drinking water and going to sleep properly."

"I can't fall asleep..." He told me.

"Why?"

"I-donno, It doesn't work."

"So what, you stay up all night? How do you recover properly from other missions?"

"I- just don't , i just carry on with my duty, but Master didn't let me this time.."

"Well, you damn shouldn't! You don't even sleep properly."

We arrived at his estate and I pushed him to his bedroom, He was gonna sleep no matter what.

"Now sleep, NOW!!!!!!" I said when he turned around to me.

"I can't-"

"At least try."

"And what, you gonna stay in my estate over night?"

"UMM, Well, - Yea?" I got embarrassed.

"Go home ..Shinazugawa."

"Not untill you get in that damn bed and sleep!"

-- an akward silence. Then he finally climbed in his bed.

"Happy now?"

"You're not sleeping yet!"

"Get out! How yu expect me to sleep while yu watching?"

-- Right, I didn't realise it was akward. I left his bedroom.

Now I was alone in his estate... Everything looked so empty. Why did he have like no furniture? Whatever, Maybe he has some food or something. I went to the kitchen and got myself a cup of water cuz- cuz why not? I felt a bit bad looking though his place though.

Well, what now? Should I go to sleep on his sofa or something? Maybe I should go see if he's actually alseep.

I got up and walked over to his room. He was finally alseep, but I don't know how he said he usually doesn't sleep... he must have been exhausted. He wasn't snoring or anything, He looked so peaceful.. So cute..

NO I NEED TO GET OUT NOW.

I ended up sleeping on the floor.. No blanket.. No pillow.

But whatever, I didn't wanna wake him up .

It was already morning already . Damn I slept in... I slept in.. There's a 'HASHIRA MEETING , NAH. IM SO DEAD'...

I got up so fast and just tried to gather my things but I couldn't find my haori although I was wearing it last night.. Fuck! I was pacing around skimming the room and then I bumped into a figure. IT WAS GIYUU I BUMPED INTO GIYUU.

"AH IM SORRY" I saw without thinking.

"Why you running around?" He replied

"I can't find my haori and i'm late to the Hashira meeting and-"
Giyuu then held up my haori. WHY DID HE HAVE IT? BUT IDK IM LATE . I grabbed it off him.

"Thanks, I got to go...."

AND I RAN OUT BECAUSE WHAT WAS THAT AND IM LATE . I sprinted full speed to the Place of the Meeting today. EVERYBODY WAS ALREADY THERE INCLUDING MASTER. fuck , I went in and bowed.

"Forgive me for my rudeness Master, I had an unexpected event." I pleaded.

"Raise your head ,Sanemi, It's quite alright."

I raised my head and Obanai nudged me.

"Right, Sanemi, how about you take the Mission tonight? It's a possible 12 Kizuki sighting in the City up north." Master explained. A mission, seriously? But who was I to refuse, I came in late.

"Yes Master."

"Good, Thank you my child, Now, I will discuss the..."

Before I knew the Hashira meeting was over. And then I realised I didn't properly see Giyuu this morning because I was rushing.. So I should go see him..

"Why are you always rushing about all of a sudden?" Obanai said form behind.

"Just doing usual things??" I replied.

"Alright, but I thought we would hangout soon, how about before your mission today?"

"Right now??" I didn't want to let my best friend down, but I needed to go see Giyuu.

"Yeah?"

I thought for a second.

"Well, I have to do something before the mission, sorry .." I came up with.

"What thing?"

And then the guilt hit me.

"Actually, let's go hangout." I replied. I wasn't happy about my decision, but I can't let him down like that. And what if he found out I was going to see Giyuu?
