Napasimangot ako sa tinawag sakin ni Mommy. I let out a huge breath and grit my teeth.

“Our private plane is on the way, baby,” Mom said sweetly on the other line.

"Okay Mom,"

“Oh! By the way baby, saan ka mag stay? Dito sa bahay o kukuha ka ng apartment. Malayo ang Medical University of Manila dito satin, ma traffic ka,”

“I'm going to stay in the house Mommy—”

“Can you stop Austin! Kausap ko ang anak mo! Behave ka! Mukha kang Bata!”

"Bye Mom, see you soon. Asikasuhin mo muna si Daddy. Baka magtampo yan,”

After the call, I proceed to the airport. Hours later, nakarating na ako sa amin. My forehead crease when I saw many cars outside. Did Mom invite or set a welcome party to me! Damn it!

“Baby," Mom welcome me with a warm hug. I smile. “Ang laki laki na ng baby ko. I invited your Tita's, Tito's and your cousins for lunch baby,"

Napahinga ako ng maluwag.

So, how's your study, baby?" hindi talaga ang matapos sa pagkukumusta si Mommy sakin. We are here together with the relatives eating lunch.

“Baby, Wala ka bang girlfriend o nililigawan?”

I stop eating because of what Mommy said. Bakit ba atat na atat si Mommy, magka girlfriend ako! Besides, love can wait. My future is waiting for my success.

“Ligaw? Tita, come on, wala nang uso ang panliligaw ngayon, lahat ng kababaihan ang lalandi!” Haven commented.

I roll my eyes. "Haven, not all girls are like your flings.”

I want to be traditional. Court first before dating. I will follow what I plan.

Nag angat ako ng tingin hanggang nagkatinginan kami ng isang babae. She was standing beside the other maids. Maid ba talaga siya? I mean she's not wearing a uniform.

Zynie… what a beautiful name. I wonder if she has a boyfriend? I wonder if she's a traditional?

Night later, My forehead crease when I saw Haven entering my room. Napabuntong hininga ako. I never felt like this before, this unknown feeling. Fuck! I need to refresh my mind!

Kinuha ko ang car key ko at pupunta sa SM. Nangunot ang noo ko ng makita yung babae kanina na mukhang may hinihintay. She isn't safe here. Anong ginagawa niya dito.

Nagulat siya ng huminto ang sasakyan ko at tinignan siya. I can't help but to stare at his face… so beautiful…

“Inutusan ako ni Mommy na kumuha sayo." Damn! Ano ba tong pinagsasabi ko! I didn't even know if she's close to my mother!

Ang pagpunta ko sana sa mall para mamili sana ng libro ay napunta sa pagsundo. What the hell!

I can feel jealousy when I heard her saying ‘love you' in the phone call.

Kumunot ang noo ko ng makita siya uli sa SM, may hinihintay. She is wearing her school uniform that suits her very well, damn! I was captivated by her beauty. I wonder what is her attitude by the way. Then I spotted a tricycle driver staring at my baby. Baby! Tsh… Stop it Darius. Hindi pa nga kayo!
