Hwang In-Yeop

I rubbed my eyes and yawned before I sat up. I felt arms around my waist and glanced at Sage. I moved her hair out of her face and sighed, last night must've been scary for her.

"Luna." I said.

"Hm." She mumbled.

"Wake up." I said.

She fluttered her eyes opened and looked at me.

"What's wrong?" She asked.

"Read my mind." I said.

"What? Why?" She asked sitting up.

I laid my head on her chest and huffed.

"I don't know how to express the way I feel right now...so read my mind." I said.

She sighed before her eyes fell onto mine, she looked at me for what felt like eternity before squeezing me tighter.

"We will be ok, I'm scared too." She mumbled.

We stayed in that position for a while before I stood up and stretched. I went to the bathroom and handled my business before returning to a now empty room.

The smell of bacon filled my nose before I went downstairs. I seen In-Seo and In-Young in the living room before going to the kitchen.

"Good morning." My mom said.

"Good morning, where's dad?" I asked.

"He left early, to do more digging on Sapphire." She said.

I nodded.

"How are you feeling?" She asked.

"I'm ok...just a little concerned." I said sitting at the island.

Sage placed a plate in front of me causing me to smile.

"I understand, but what you guys did. Breaking curfew and following the van, you could've gotten hurt." She said.

"I know...it was just what if it was Sage?" I asked.

"I understand In-Yeop, but it wasn't." She said.

"I know."  I said.

She rubbed my back and pecked my cheek.

"Eat up, Sage and I are going to go into town." She said.

"Ok." I nodded.

I watched her walk away before glancing at Sage. I held my arms opened before she fell into them.

"I love you." I mumbled.

"I love you more." She smiled.

I pecked her lips before she walked away. I finished my food before going into the living room to see In-Seo and In-Young playing the game.

"Dweebs you guys want to take a ride with me?" I asked.

"Yes, with school being out it's so boring." In-Young said dropping his controller.
