This one. It's after 2x11. Lucy's home from the hospital. This is Jackson and Nolans conversation at the station
This one kinda jumps a bit.

JACKSON WEST POV
Lucy came home yesterday from the hospital. She's not really sleeping yet. Sometimes, she does all night. Sometimes, she ends up having such bad nightmares that going back to sleep seems impossible. Last night was no exception.
It's only been about three days since everything happened.
I was preparing coffee as she exited her room.
Her hair was down and looked a bit wild. She was still in her pajamas, and she had a blanket wrapped around her.
"Hey." I said."Im getting ready to leave. Do you need anything?" I asked
Lucy shook her head No, and then sat down on the couch.
"Okay. I'll see you later then." I said
Lucy nodded, saying goodbye and wishing me good luck at work.
TIME SKIP TIME SKIP TIME SKIP
NOLAN POV
Jackson came into the station. I wanted to ask him how Lucy was. But he looked a little bit tired. He was hitting the coffee really hard.
"Hey?" I asked."How is she today?"
"Did she sleep? Not long. Did she have a nightmare again? Yeah. Was it the worst one she's had? Not a chance." Jackson said."When I left, she was wrapped in a blanket in front of the tv."
"I told you I can help." I said,"Or Angela, or Harper or Tim can help."
"Yeah. I know. She's got her appointment today." He said
"Oh, that's good." I said
"Yeah, I know. But I think I will take you up on your help." Jackson said
"West!" A voice called
"Nolan." Another said
Jackson and I both turned, and we saw Angela, Nyla, and Tim coming towards us.
"I see you're hitting the coffee hard today, Boot." Tim noticed
"Uh. Yes, sir." He said
"Are you alright?" Angela asked."You usually don't until we get going."
"He had a long night." I said
"Don't put it like that." Jackson said quickly. "It's because I had to help Lucy."
"Is she okay?" Angela asked for the group of senior officers
"She had a bad night last night." I admitted for him
"Why didn't you ask for help?" Tim asked."She's my boot."
"I think what Tim means is you guys don't have to help her alone." Angela Said
"I know." He said
"After shift I'm going over tonight." I said
"Good. I wasn't kidding. If you need help. Ask."
