The morning of our wedding day dawns bright and clear, a perfect backdrop for the most important day of my life. My heart flutters with a mix of excitement and nerves as I step into the bridal suite, where my bridesmaids, BSF/N and F/N, are already buzzing with energy.

"Good morning, beautiful bride!" BSF/N exclaims, enveloping me in a warm hug.

"You're going to be the most stunning bride ever," F/N adds, her eyes sparkling with excitement.

We settle into a relaxed routine, with music playing softly in the background as we begin the preparations. My hairdresser and makeup artist arrive, transforming the room into a flurry of activity.

The reality of the day begins to sink in. I'm getting married to the love of my life.

The hairdresser begins working on my hair, carefully crafting an elegant updo adorned with delicate flowers. Meanwhile, the makeup artist enhances my features, giving me a soft, romantic look. BSF/N and F/N flutter around, offering words of encouragement and helping with last-minute details.

"Do you remember the first time you talked about marrying C/N?" F/N asks, a nostalgic smile on her face.

I laugh, recalling the early days of our relationship. "It feels like a lifetime ago. I can't believe it's finally happening."

As the final touches are put on my hair and makeup, it's time to put on my dress. The room falls silent as I step into the gown, the satin and lace feeling like a second skin. F/N carefully zips up the back, and BSF/N adjusts the veil.

"You look absolutely breathtaking," F/N says, tears glistening in her eyes.

I turn to the mirror, and for a moment, I'm speechless. The woman staring back at me looks radiant, her eyes shining with love and happiness. "Thank you," I whisper, feeling the weight of the moment.

There's a soft knock on the door, and my mother steps in, her eyes welling up as she sees me. "Oh, sweetheart," she says, her voice trembling with emotion. "You look perfect."

We share a tender embrace, the significance of the day washing over me. "I'm ready," I say, taking a deep breath.

With my bridesmaids and my mother by my side, we make our way to the ceremony. The anticipation builds with each step, my heart pounding in my chest. As the doors to the chapel open, the music swells, and I catch my first glimpse of C/N waiting at the altar, his eyes filled with love and anticipation.

Our moment has arrived.

The doors to the chapel open wide, and the familiar strains of Pachelbel's Canon in D fill the air. My heart races as I step forward, arm-in-arm with my father, my eyes fixed on C/N waiting at the altar.

The aisle feels both incredibly long and impossibly short. Every step is accompanied by the soft rustle of my gown and the collective sighs of our guests. As I move closer, my eyes never leave C/N's face. His expression is a blend of awe and overwhelming emotion.

About halfway down the aisle, I see it—tears welling up in C/N's eyes. He blinks rapidly, trying to hold them back, but a few escape and trail down his cheeks. The sight tugs at my heart, and my own eyes begin to fill with tears.

My father gives my hand a reassuring squeeze. "You're beautiful, N/N." he whispers, his voice thick with emotion.

I whisper to him, "Thank you, daddy."
