Her face darkened as she looks at me with a disappointed expression

I step back to put some order in my clothes cause I don't think this is a kind of conversation to have with my pants down

" I told you not to, I warned you not to " she utters tersely

" Kailah, I don't think this is a kind of feeling that I can fight back "

" Did you even try ? " She says as she gets down the desk

" How do you want me to try that? have you ever been in love ? "

" I have, and I'm not going to experience this a second time " she shouts angrily

She walks towards the door in an angry step

" Kailah wait , please "

She turns around, her face red with her obvious madness

What am I going to do now?

We were doing so well lately that for a minute, I forgot that I shouldn't say something like this to her

No matter how much I wanted to say it

" Kailah, I know you don't wanna hear anything about love, but Kai, no matter what he did to you, I know it sounds cliché to say that but you know I'm not like that man "

" It's not about him, it's about me " she utters coldly

Her cold gaze pierces me like a dagger

" I_don't_want_your_love " she adds tersely, making sure that each word hits me violently

She walks away and pulls the door open with anger , letting some bits of conversion from outside enter the room

The door slams violently behind her

I stand here for a second, wondering what to do

I just decide to follow her

She came here with me, no matter what happened, I can't let her go home by herself

I run down the stairs quickly so as not to lose sight of her, I see her in the distance, making her way through the crowd, she looks upset as never before

I don't care about the looks of the people around me and the fact that my clothes are a total mess, I run after her, trying to hold her back her before she leaves, but before I even get through the big door, my grandfather comes out of nowhere and stands in front of me

" Finally,I can see you... I've been looking for...oh! You look quite...sloppy "

His gaze scans me from head to toe

I know he knows and everyone else staring at me now also knows what I've been doing to look that way

My hair is a mess, my shirt out of my pants, my belt not totally done and also the absence of my tie

" What is going on? " He asks, with a strict expression on his face

I glance at the door, now there's no chance more for me to catch Kailah

" hal-abeoji..." I start with a strangled voice

" Follow me to my office, we need to talk " he cuts me off

He walks away and I sigh heavily

My eyes meet my sister's in the room, she is now dancing with another cousin of ours
