EPILOGUE

Two months later

I lift myself on my toes to make Taehyung's tie, I've been practicing how to do this lately since I have a suit type of husband

And I think he likes letting me do it even when the result is catastrophic

Today he is going to discuss about his inheritance and he insisted for me to come with him

I don't know if I'm ready to meet his family again, but i think he needs a mental support, so I'm gonna be there for him

" You look handsome today " I say with a smile

He smiles briefly at me, I know he is nervous even though he is trying to hide it behind a smile

The last time he saw his family was the day he announced our wedding

I really thought that they would call him, even though they don't accept me but they could have a conversation with him, but it never happened

They really cut him off for real

I can't believe it

Only his sister tried to contact him from time to time when she is not controlled by their mother

I honestly feel sorry for her

And for them both, they had such a great bond and I think she is the only one who cares about Taehyung
But now, they can't even talk to each other anymore

He strokes my cheek

" Rectification, I look gorgeous every single day " I retort playfully

He gives me another brief smile

I'm really trying to cheer him up but I feel like it's not really working

" Tae...if you don't wanna meet them..."

" It's only my grandfather "

" Yes, but if you don't wanna meet him, you can still discuss about it through your lawyer only "

" My family already held an informal meeting to discuss about my inheritance behind my back before the formal process, I'm sure they tried to modify a lot, so if I don't come in person today, I'm sure they'll keep doing me wrong "

I sigh slightly

I take a deep breath as I turn around to look at myself in the mirror

I try not to let this affect me
