Is it Casual Now?

It was now Saturday, you promised Harry you'd go to the movies with him yesterday but the thought of leaving the letter in Dua's locker made you feel uneasy the entire day. You couldn't even look at her that day in class. The good thing is that the first week of school was finally over with. You were already ready for school to end entirely.

Your phone rings causing you to jump a little because people rarely even call nowadays. The name "Camila M" popping onto your screen. You still can't believe you told her that you were puzzled about your sexuality. What if she tells everyone? Or worse what if she blackmails you with it? Maybe that's why she's calling.

"Hello?" You answered

"Hey Y/n! Guess what!" She exclaims, you could almost hear her jumping up and down

"What?" You ask not trying to match her energy because you're genuinely trying to guess

"I got invited to a party by Dua fuckin Lipa" she says

You almost fall onto your bed when you hear her name. Her name almost brings you back to life whenever anyone says it or whenever you see it. It feels like she's near when she's mentioned. A party though? Invited Camila to it but why?

"But guess what's crazier" Camila exclaims once again

"What can be crazier?" you retorted now trying to match her energy

"She said you're invited too!" Camila screams

There's no actual way that could've happened, this has to be before she read the letter right? Because there's no way she'd want to be around you or Camila after reading it.

"When did you get invited? And when's the party?" You ask

"Literally 30 minutes ago and it's tonight at some girls house" she says

Did you put the letter somewhere else or something? She probably hasn't read it at all but even if she didn't she wouldn't just invite you and Camila to a party? There's something wrong and you honestly don't want to find out what it is.

"I'm not going and I don't think you should either" you advise her

"Why not?" Camila replies

"She can be a real asshole along with her friends" you say

"Yea I'm aware they can be bullies but this is the perfect way to see how they are when they're drunk, it shows their true identity if you know what I mean" she jeers

You've only ever seen Dua drunk once, she does in fact act different than she does when she's sober. She was more loving towards to you when she was drunk, she was more unashamed of you. She knew it did that to her so she never got drunk in public with you.

"I don't know Camila it feels like a set up don't you think?" You say

"Look if we see anything odd we can leave quickly, I don't plan on drinking or anything" she says

Just like meeting up with her was a mistake you knew this would also be a mistake if you chose to go. However just like meeting up with her, you're choosing to ignore it because you at least get to see her once again. It's annoying how you give in so easily.

"Fine ill pick you up in a bit" you says
