Dua's side:

Dua's body ached as she woke up from what only truly was 30 minutes of sleep. She couldn't sleep knowing that y/n no longer wanted anything to do with her. It's not what she wanted, she loves y/n more than y/n could ever imagine. She knows she did wrong by doing what she did but she did it to protect the both of you but now that she looks back it seems she's the only one who protected herself but from you. Her heart is broken once again and she can feel all the pain coming up to her neck almost choking her, she's bound to drown in it again soon.

"Dua come on we have to go" Rina knocks on her bedroom door. She hasn't even begun to think about how school is going to treat y/n today. How she's going to have to sit back and watch people tell her horrible things.

She can't go and see that so she sinks into her pillow ignoring her sister's knocks. Her eyes as watery as can be. She's never going to be able to be happy, it's always going to be like this isn't it? It doesn't have to be but she knows that the future she wants won't tolerate her if she comes out as a lesbian. They will never take her seriously. So she has to deal with the pain, it'll all be worth it at some point right?

"Dua hurry up" Rina says as she opens your door

"Dua? Are you crying?" She asks, god that's the most stupidest question you can ask when someone is actually crying because it makes them cry more.

Rina sits on her bed near her. She feels Rina put her hand on her back making the tears roll out faster because she wishes she could tell Rina what's going on but she can't.

"What's wrong please tell me, you know I hate seeing you this way" she pleads

Dua shakes her head onto the pillow signally a no. She has no energy to even make up what could have made her this upset. She just wants to be alone with her thoughts of you.

"If you're not going to tell me it's fine but you have to go to school today or you'll fall behind you know this" she says. She's right if Dua misses school she's sure to fall behind quickly and she remembers what her dad said about falling behind.

"Get out then" Dua murmurs into the pillow

Arriving at school Dua can already sense how the day is going to go and she cant bear it. She watches how everyone walks around and whispers to each other. This time she doesn't ignore it like every usual morning because she now knows what they may be talking about.

"Hey you" she hears from the back of her, it's Callum. His arms slowly going onto her waist. Fuck did she hate him.

She turns around and gives him a fake smile. He's grinning as big as he can right now and it's tragic to know that she has never felt 1% of what he feels for her.

"Callum I need to be alone right now okay?" She says and his smile fades away.

"Why I thought we were back on good terms" he asks

"We are but I need to be alone" she says, he nods and walks away.

There's only one person she wishes to see right now, even if it's from afar but she needs to make sure you're okay. She looks all around and only finds Harry, oh poor boy is going to find out about y/n today. At least she won't be the only one whose heart broken today and maybe forever. Then her eyes find Taylor, y/n is usually with Taylor in the morning but Taylor is alone. Should she ask her if you're okay? No she can't.

Dua steps into school passing your locker and headed towards the counselor office. She's going to drop debate it's the least she can do. She doesn't want you to forgive her, you're right she should never be allowed to speak to you again, she doesn't deserve it. Who knew it would all lead to this?
