"You have no idea how happy I am to have you back in my life" Rina smiles

You let Dua know that you had to think about the whole moving in with her because it seemed a little too fast. She understood and was giving you the time and space for it. You slept over at her house today to test out the waters. Rina lived with her so while Dua went to her meeting you hung out with her.

"I'm happy we can be friends again too" you reply with a smile as well

"I don't know how I could ever thank you for putting that smile on my sister's face again because god was it a long bloody time since we've seen it" Rina says

"Her smile is very lovely isn't it?" You reply as you start daydreaming about Dua's bright white teeth and how beautiful they look when she smiles with them.

"I hate to bring the past up but you were really needed by her, her tour last year was a mess, she barley made it through some nights" Rina says as she lets a small sigh out

"I'm sorry you had to see her like that but imagine not seeing her at all?" You reply you nervously laugh

A sudden tension was felt, like if Rina wanted to ask something but was too afraid to. Or maybe she just wanted to tell you something that wouldn't please you at all.

"I can't help but wonder Y/n, what really happened with the both of you back in high school? It seemed more than what it looks like" she asks breaking the silence

"It's honestly a long story but back then there wasn't much acceptance of you know, this. I didn't care about it but Dua did because of um your family so she never wanted to pursue us and I hate to think about it because it makes me remember all the bad things you know?" You reply as you look down to find yourself playing with your hands

"She did tell me a lot of what she did and I won't make you talk about it but I understand about our family. My parents weren't ever really open minded however as time went by they started to accept what the world was becoming, I never had a problem with it in fact I think I knew you two had something special" she sighs and laughs

"Oh really did we make it obvious?" You laugh

You can't remember anytime you could have not been careful around Dua's family. Dua always planned everything perfectly so no one would ever catch you two. Although it sucked, your teenage self sort of enjoyed the sneaking around deep down because what you two had felt sacred. However still thinking about those times made you gulp because it some way it felt scary and sad.

"I mean my sister would be angry or sad whenever you weren't you weren't around so I found it a bit strange" Rina implies

"But you never caught us" you tease causing her to play hit your shoulder

The door to the house opens and you immediately know it's Dua because for some reason you get used to how peoples steps sound. Dua's steps sounded comforting like if she were your mom or something and you were a child waiting.

"That's crazy we were just talking about you" Rina laughs

"That's actually a good thing I don't want my girlfriend talking about anyone else" Dua says as she winks at you causing you to instantly blush

"Well you haven't officially asked me to be your girlfriend so" you tease

"Oooo" Rina says with her hand over her mouth

"Right well I want to make it special" Dua replies and goes over to you

"You could still kiss me though" you smile and she gives you a peck
