Jess and Jamie had to work after the dinner and I decided to go with them for a little while.

I had nothing else to do anyways.

Jordan didn't have to work today, it was Chase who would be there as well.

I leaned against the bar, I was looking at Chase, maybe a bit too obvious because he turned his head to me and smirked.

"I haven't seen you here before, did I?" He asked. "I don't know what you already saw in life" I muttered.

"I am Chase" he tilted his head, probably waiting for me to introduce myself.

Which I wasn't gonna do.

"Let me guess" he tapped the bar with his fingers. "Is your name Angel because it sure looked as if you fell down heaven?" He asked as he leaned closer on the bar.

Was he serious right now? Did that line ever work on someone?

"Is your name Chase because you chase all the girls away?" I smirked at him.

His face dropped and his stupid smirk was no where to be seen right now.

Jess chuckled, which made him even more pissed off.

"Fucking bitch, who do you think you a-"

Jamie interrupted him, put his hand on his chest and pushed him away. "Okay, go cool off"

"What did you say now?" Jamie raised his eyebrow. "Me? Nothing" I shrugged.

He now tilted his head.

"Oh c'mon, his pickup lines suck" I rolled my eyes.

Jamie sighed, leaned on the bar. "Don't provoke him, Xanthi"

"Why not? Is he gonna abuse me too?" I tilted my head. "I sure hope he tries"

"Calm yourself down please" he said, pushed himself away from the bar and walked away.

I turned around, put my elbows on the bar and looked around the club.

"You two are cute together" that one girl said as she stood next to me. I looked at her, I couldn't remember her name.

Most of the time, I was pretty good with names, but I had not the slightest clue of what her name could be.

"Savannah" she said as if she could read my mind. "Xanthi" I nodded.

"We aren't together though" I said, referring to Jamie. "Just good friends"

"Right" Savannah nodded, she wasn't really interested. "Oh my God, he's there" she said as she pulled my arm.

Lando walked in, wearing the black shirt we bought together, he left a couple of buttons unbuttoned, just like I told him.

He waved at us, or at me, or maybe at Savannah?

Savannah clearly thought he was waving at her because she immediately waved back.

He frowned a little and greeted a couple of friends.

"He is starting to like me, I can feel it" she said, not taking her eyes off him.

"Are you really that blind?" I looked at her. "Can't you really not see that he is not interested?"

"You don't know that" she snorted. "He's definitely interested, he just needs a little time to get over Francesca"

"He's over her" I mumbled. "Did he ever make a move on you or do something with you?"

"Well, I kissed him once after Francesca left"

"Yeah and what happened then?" I asked, tried not to sound too bored but she was so delusional.

"He pushed me away, said he wasn't ready for it yet" she said softly, I almost couldn't hear her. "So I'm waiting"

I sighed. "I am gonna help you to stop being so delusional, okay?"

"I'm not del-"

"Wait here" I said before finishing my drink and walking up to Lando. He smiled as soon as he realized I was walking to him.

"Hey you" he said as he looked at me. I wrapped my arms around his neck, smirked a little. "Hello"

"Hi" he mumbled, looked down at my lips and back in my eyes. "You look beautiful"

I pressed my lips against his and he immediately put his hand on my cheek, deepened the kiss in an instant.

I thought this would be a quick kiss, just to prove Savannah that he definitely was ready for another girl.

But this wasn't a quick kiss, this was quite a intense kiss.

He had one hand on my cheek, the other around my waist and our bodies were pressed against each other.

We let our tongues brush against each other, and fuck, this was probably one of the best kisses I had.

"Wow" he mumbled on my lips, let his thumb brush against my cheek.

And when I looked back at the bar, Savannah wasn't the only one who was staring at us.

So was Max.
