AUTHOR'S CORNER
Hi loves! I seriously hate to write another author's note part, especially after telling myself I'd try to not write one for this book ever again, but it needs to be done. This note might be a little longer, but if you could please read it that would be so great.
Firstly, I just want to say thank you all so much for 3k reads! It literally means the world to me that my book has been seen by THREE THOUSAND people across the world. Never in my wildest dreams could I ever have imagined that this book would actually be read, let alone by people who I love getting to reply to and see what you guys think of the characters and the story itself. I appreciate every single vote, comment, and read immensely and I can't wait to see how big this book can get, so thank you all for that.
Secondly, starting next Tuesday, I go back to school, which means updates on this book are going to slow down significantly. I have basketball practices two nights a week and on Tuesdays we have school football games. Not to mention the fact that I'm going to be readjusting to a whole new grade level and everything after dropping some pretty toxic people. School and my family are my number one priorities and I plan to make the most out of this year for my own sake. I plan to go to school football and volleyball games and hang out with friends to study and have sleepovers, get good grades, etc. As I'm taking all honors, it's going to be taking up a LOT of my time.
All of this essentially means I'm not going to update this book quite as often. I will still work on it in my free time, but it's important to me that you guys know because I seriously appreciate every little bit of support that Glow has received and I'm so sorry that this summer flew by.
I thought I was going to have so much more time to spend on this book, but I didn't. Summer was super busy for me this year, but I'm going to do my best to wrap up this story ASAP while still producing quality chapters in the meantime. I already have things planned for the editing stage, but I'm trying to finish the book first.
I might take some time not publishing chapters to write them and schedule for them to come out, just so that you guys have chapters to read while I'm getting situated at school. I'm sure that come September, I should be back on a somewhat more normal publishing schedule, but until then, don't be shocked if updates are more sporadic throughout August. This is me telling you now. I do have the second task chapter coming up (it's from Ellie's perspective because I had no interest in rewriting that whole thing from Cedric's view). It's about 75% finished and it'll likely be among the cluster of chapters that will be written and scheduled. That or it will be my last chapter of the summer. Either way, I hope you enjoy it.
Once again, thank you all so much for 3k reads. It means more than words can explain. I love you ALL to the moon and to Saturn.
