Information:
Leopold Stratus is the main protagonist of Angels VS Demons. Originally a lower class citizen of the Kushida Kingdom living out in the boonies, an attack on his home village that also took his eyes as well as his right hand forced him to flee his former life. He was found by a noble of the Stashin Kingdom named John D. Stratus who took him into his household and started raising him. This man was able to bestow new eyes upon Leopold as well as teach him to harness his Spirit Arts to give himself a right hand.
A little over two years after all of these events, Leopold was instated into the Stashin Knights. Since birthright could only be passed down to blood relatives, Leopold's foster father had suggested that he try to become a knight. Leopold took up the offer and then went to take the exam for the knights. He then easily beat most of the competitors within the knights when taking the exam, up until his fight with a boy known as Lucas Infite. The two battled for a while until it was ruled a draw.
After being officially instated into the Stashin Royal Knights, Leopold was paired with Lucas Infite as the two worked together to take down the various threats against the kingdom.
Three years later while the two were out battling some monsters, they heard a loud call for help some distance from them. The two boys rushed to where the cry came from and found a carriage being attacked by more monsters. The knights had been taken out and all that remained was a small girl around their age. Leopold and Lucas quickly took out these foes and saved the girl who then told them she was Second Princess Ivory Stashin of the kingdom formerly mentioned. In thanks of saving Princess Ivory, the king granted the two boys the privilege of being the personal bodyguards of Ivory.
A couple more years down the line, the group of three entered into one of the five hero schools. These schools were designed to train heroes who would fight against the forces of the Underworld that came to attack them once every century. Leopold entered into this school and was put in the lowest of the classes in this school, class 1-D.
Then, surprise came for him... When taking a test that would predict a students future job, Leopold found out that he was the next "King of Chaos" or otherwise known as the leader of the Underworld who sought war with the surface once every century. Luckily, no one else knew of this little bestowing...
And this is where our story beings...
Appearance:
Leopold is a tall male with blond hair and red eyes. He is described as being incredibly handsome by his peers. He is very strong as he has been seen to have very noticeable muscles. In books #1 and #2 of the series, Leopold had a medium length hairstyle that ran down to his shoulders and almost made him look feminine. However, at the end of volume 2 he cut his hair as a vow that he would never let his friends die again like down Cinder did.
Personality:
When he was a child, Leopold was more reserved. Due to the fact that all of the children around his age were much stronger than he was, the boy felt a strong inferiority complex and trained every day to try and make himself stronger.
After the event that he experienced as a young boy, Leopold started to become more extroverted. He spent a lot of time making himself more relationships and would become very much loved by his friends and acquaintances. He was so friendly with people that his friend Leviathan sometimes referred to him as a "playboy" of sorts.
Powers and Abilities:
Spirit Arts: Leopold has no magic power, but is overflowing in the Spirit Arts. Although he is the "Plasma Spirit" which is said to be the weakest of all the Spirits, Leopold is described by his colleagues as overwhelmingly powerful in both his use of plasma on and off the battlefield.
Spirit Plasma: The ability to channel his own "life energy" into power that he can use for his own means. This however does not allow him to control the plasma in the air nor the plasma inside of someone else's body, but only the force he creates himself
Spirit Contract: Due to his human genes, Leopold is able to make contracts with other Spirits that come to help him when summoned. This also allows him to use his contracted Spirits powers along with his own whenever he needs too.
Master Swordsman: Leopold has been trained in the sword to such an extent that there are few people in the entire Stashin Kingdom who could rival his skill with the weapon.
Diablo's Weapon Form: Sword Leopold can wield when Diablo shifts to this form.
Normal Sword: Often uses this weapon when Diablo is in his human form.
Spirit Art Containing Glove: Specially made glove Leopold wears on his right hand to help keep the plasma Leopold uses to form his hand from seeping all over the place.
Draconic Eyes: Special Eyes that are able to see into both the past and future. It is theorized that these eyes are what are able to let Leopold have visions of the past and also what let him travel back in time to just after the attack on his village.
Intelligence: Although he acts dumb, Leopold is actually quite intelligent. This is seen when he got a fairly high score for intelligence during the test taken in book 1.
