Jungkook stared intently at the road ahead, his hands gripping the steering wheel. Beside him, Jimin leaned back in his seat, gazing out the window as his blond hair fluttered in the gentle breeze.

After a stretch of silence, Jimin turned his attention to Jungkook, who remained focused on driving. His eyes, however, were suspiciously watery, and his nose was tinged with red.

"Why are your eyes so watery?" Jimin asked, his brow furrowing as he studied Jungkook's face. "Is it because you saw Taehyung with Namjoon?"

"No!" Jungkook snapped, his voice edged with irritation. His grip on the wheel tightened. Jimin's question felt absurd. "It's because of that stupid cat you brought home," he retorted. "I can literally smell her on you."

Jimin raised an eyebrow, pulling at the fabric of his t-shirt to sniff it. Jungkook had been enduring the discomfort in silence, trying to seem unaffected. The cat allergy was getting to him.

"Can't you sneeze? It might help," Jimin suggested gently.

Jungkook sighed, exasperation clear in his tone. "If I start sneezing now, I won't be able to stop, and that's not exactly safe while driving."

Jimin's expression softened with understanding.

,,When we get home, you need to take a shower.."

Jimin blinked in surprise. "A shower?"

"Yes," Jungkook insisted, his tone firm but not unkind. "I can't stand the cat's smell on you. It's making it hard to breathe.."

"I can't believe this..." Jimin muttered quietly as he and Jungkook stepped into their villa, the grandeur of the space doing little to alleviate Jungkook's relentless sneezing.

Jungkook's eyes were red, and his nose was practically glowing. "Just fucking go.." he commanded, his voice strained with irritation.

Jimin sighed, feeling a mix of guilt and concern. He hurried towards the bathroom, glancing back at Jungkook, who was rubbing his nose furiously.

Once inside, Jimin closed the door behind him and let out a heavy sigh. The pristine bathroom, with its marble tiles and ambient lighting, offered a soothing contrast to the chaos outside. Instead of rushing into the shower, he decided a bath might be more calming. He turned on the faucet, letting the warm water fill the tub, the gentle sound a balm to his frayed nerves.

Jimin slipped into the tub, the fragrant oils filling the bathroom with a soothing aroma. As the warm water enveloped him, he sighed deeply, closing his eyes to fully appreciate the calming effect on his muscles and nerves.

After a while, he opened his eyes and scanned the shelves for his favorite strawberry-scented shower gel. To his disappointment, it was nowhere to be found.

"Hey, do you have any strawberry-scented gel?" he called out to Jungkook from the bathroom.

"Strawberry-scented gel? Do I look like a twelve -year-old girl?" Jungkook's voice echoed back, laced with sarcasm.

Jimin muttered under his breath, "Ah, fucking dickhead." Resigned, he reached for the only available option. As he applied it to his skin, he grimaced. "Fantastic. Instead of strawberries, I'll smell like a sixty-year-old sugar daddy."

Jungkook moved into the living room, where the cat had spent most of its time. He glanced around, taking in the plush sofa, the soft rug, and the numerous nooks and crannies that seemed perfect for trapping allergens. With a deep sigh he grabbed the vacuum cleaner from the closet.

As the vacuum roared to life, Jungkook began with the sofa, meticulously running the nozzle over every cushion and crevice. The rhythmic motion of cleaning was almost meditative, offering him a sense of control over his situation. He could feel his breath easing slightly as he worked, focusing on the task at hand rather than the persistent itch in his throat.
