Back at the resort

Billy, Laura, Layla, and Nathan made the decision to return to Los Angeles. Laura was packing her stuffs when Billy entered.

Billy: Babe, you have not said anything to me since yesterday.

Laura continues to ignore him...

Billy: Laura, I am talking to you.

Laura: What is there for me to say? That my own family doesn't regard me and disrespect me at any slight opportunity they get.

Billy: Laura (takes a pause) you know nobody is disrespecting you. You are just trying to make a big deal out of nothing.

Laura: (She raises her voice) Making a big deal out of nothing? Not just did Olivia ruin this family vacation, she and her brother left without telling me and guess what, you knew about it and didn't let me know.

Billy: Come on Laura, you started this whole thing, trying to meddle in your daughter's relationship. Why can't you just for once support her? What is wrong with Spencer and Olivia together as a couple?

Laura: (she shouted) Everything is wrong, Billy, everything! If my daughter can disrespect me because of a boy she is not married to, I wonder what she will do after they get married. I will never accept that relationship. I don't approve and my decision is final.

Billy: Well, I approve and I think my approval also matters. You will not meddle in my daughter's life, okay? I have reached out to Dr Joy. A friend of mine introduced her to me and we would be going to see her next week.

Laura: I am not going anywhere and I am not seeing anybody.

Billy: It is either that or this marriage is over and this time around. I mean it. I will be in the car.

Billy walks away as Laura breaks down. Layla came in and met Laura crying on the floor.

Layla: It is going to be alright, mummy. Stop crying.

Laura: Your father wants to end our marriage, Layla. (She looks at Layla has the tears flow again)

Layla: What? Why will daddy do that? I am sure he is joking.

Laura: He is not joking, he meant it.

Layla: And all of this is because of Olivia. How can she be so selfish? She doesn't care about anyone other than herself? Our family is getting ruined, and it is all thanks to her.

Laura: (wipes her tears) I won't let her. If she says she is stubborn, I will let her know I am her mother, and I gave birth to her.

Layla: I agree mum, it is high time. We do something about her or else she will ruin our home.

Laura: You know what, let's get ready to leave this place.

Troy's home

Troy and Simone having a heated argument.

Troy: First, don't ever raise your voice at me. I am the man in this relationship. Second, we are not going anywhere and that is final.

Simone: Why? I miss my friends and I am sure you miss yours too. What is wrong with going to spend time with them?

Troy: I don't like your friends. They give me bad vibes and if you love me, as you claim; you do exactly as I tell you. We are not going to that place, Simone.

Simone: Okay! Calm down. God, you are impossible. (she takes a deep breath) so what about Cynthia? Any news?

Troy: (he stutters) I-I have told you, you have nothing to worry about. That baby is not mine, and I am not accepting a child that is not mine.
