The next day...

Jordan's room

Jordan was lying in bed, he decided to pick up his phone and text Simone.

Jordan: Hey Simone, It is me Jordan. I don't know if you still have my number. (he smiles) I meant everything I said yesterday. I would love to be there for you and assist you in any way. When is your next doctor's appointment? We can go together, if that is okay with you.

Immediately, he finished texting her; he dropped his phone and went into the bathroom.

Girl's hostel

Olivia's room

Olivia sat on her bed as she picked up her phone to respond to Nate's text.

Nathan: Are you still on for tomorrow?

Olivia: Yes, but I hope you don't mind me coming with a friend.

Nathan: Oh! That is totally fine. The more the merrier.

Olivia: Okay, I will see you tomorrow.

Nathan: Thank you.

Spencer and Jordan both arrived at a jewelry store.

Spencer: Jordan, are you sure about this?

Jordan: I have never been so sure about anything in my life.

Spencer: Is Liv aware?

Jordan: No, not yet, but I will eventually tell her.

Spencer: What about your parent?

Jordan: Damn Spencer, you worry too much. I am going to tell everybody. Including her parents.

Spencer: (smiles) You are a good man, Jordan. I am proud of you. Now let's go get it.

They both smiled and entered the shop.

Olivia's room

Jordan put his hands in his pocket and brought out the ring he purchased.

Olivia: (taken aback) That is a beautiful ring, but why are you showing me?

Jordan: (smiles) I got it for Naomi.

Olivia: It is beautiful, Jordan. (she says as a tear escapes her eyes)

Jordan: I want to fulfill one of her dream and give her the wedding she deserves.

Olivia: (moves closer to her brother and hugs him) You have my support, Jordan.

Jordan: You won't question me? (looks at her in surprise)

Olivia: No! It is for Naomi. I understand.

Jordan hugs her back.

Olivia: I seriously don't know how you have been able to manage all of this and be strong for her, but I am really proud of you.

Jordan: (smiles) It is not been easy, actually. I try not to break down in her presence, but it is difficult. It is really difficult, Liv. I wish I can take all her pains away and buy her more time.

Olivia: (hugs him again as both of them cry) You will be fine, I promise you, J. I love you.

Jordan: Love you so much, sis.

Olivia: So, have you figured how you will propose to her?

Jordan: I plan on doing it this weekend after going fishing. Just something simple.
