Back when Annabeth was 7 and traveled around with Thalia and Luke, she's always wanted to go to the beach, so they did.
She was almost done with her sand sculpture, when some kid caught her eye. She saw a boy about her age come running out of the water completely dry! The boy had black messy hair and was running in her direction when he tripped over himself and landed face-first into her beautiful sandcastle/fort/palace/house... building.
"HEY! WATCH WHERE YOU'RE GOING!!" she screamed!
"S-SORRY!" he said pulling his face out of the ground and spitting out sand, "I TRIPPED! IT WAS AN ACCIDENT!" he screamed back. (you know, cuz that's how 7yr olds say sorry...) They glared at each other, he had the greenest eyes she had ever seen!
Luke heard Annabeth scream and came over to see what was wrong, "Hey, what's going on here?"
The both of them fixed their glares on Luke and said, "NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!" to which Luke backed up, put his hands up in a surrender, and walked back to Thalia, who was watching the whole thing.
Thalia laughed, "HA! Good job.. HA!" She turned her attention to the two children, "Hehe... they're like an old married couple.." she mused.
"What are you talking about?"
She sighed, "Hehe... I bet they'll get married..! HA!"
