The New Generation

~All of the 7 are adults and are married and have cute families if their own now~

Percy and Annabeth had a son and named him Luke, it was Annabeth's idea. He had a lot of Percy's physical features but had blonde hair like Annabeth. Luke was a goofball like Percy but competitive like Annabeth. He was also sneaky and liked to pull little pranks on Jessica and Bianca, but they always tackled him when he did.

Piper and Jason had a daughter and named her Jessica. She had choppy, dirty blonde hair and colorful eyes, a lot like Piper. But, she was playful yet serious when she needed to be, like Jason. Jessica loved meeting new people and playing with her friends.

Frank and Hazel had a daughter and named her Bianca, it was Nico's idea. She had black hair like Frank but it was just as curly as Hazel's. She was small and only a tad shy but she loved animals and loved playing games with Luke and Jessica. She may be the youngest but she sometimes acted older. Bianca, too, liked being silly and making new friends.

No one had ever heard from Leo since the battle with Gaea. They knew he was alive but just didn't know where he was or how to contact him.

One day, the crew decided to take their kids to the park. Luke was 6, Jessica was 6, and Bianca was 5 and 3/4.

Luke, Jessica, and Bianca were playing tag around the playground. Luke was it. He gave the girls a 5 Mississippi head start. After 5 Mississippi's Luke started chasing the girls. He ran all over the playground. He was about to tag Jessica when a little boy about 6 years old jumped between them. Luke had tagged the boy instead.

"I'M IT!" Exclaimed the boy!

"Heeeeyyy! You're not in the game!" Whined Luke.

"But you tagged me!" The boy defended.

Jessica and Bianca decided it was a good time for a time out.

Bianca ran between the two boys and put her hands in a T shape and said, "TIME OUT!"

Jessica came and stood in front of the boy and asked, "What's your name?"

"My name is Sammy!" he said, "And I wanna play with you guys!"

Jessica turned to Luke, "Can he play with us? Please!"

Luke crossed his arms, "Um..." he faced Sammy, "Your mommy and daddy have to talk to my mommy and daddy first!" he concluded.

Sammy pouted, "Why?!"

Then little Bianca chimed in, "Because you're a stranger!" she teased, "Stranger danger!"

"No I'm not! I just want to play with you!"

"Go get your mommy and daddy then you can play with us." Jessica said, charm speaking without realizing.

"Okay." Sammy agreed abruptly, "I'll go get them right now!"

Luke, Jessica, and Bianca all walked Sammy and his parents to where all their parents were. The first to notice was Piper. She looked over at the kids and saw a little boy with brown, wild, curly hair hopping towards them. His smile was mischievous and his eyes had a crazy twinkle in them.

Piper stood without a word and bent down in front of the little boy. She held his little hands and looked into his big brown, wonder-filled eyes. His face and clothes were dirty. He had band-aids on his arms and legs.

"What's your name?" Piper asked kindly.

"Sammy" he answered.

Piper heard Hazel gasp behind her. She smiled and her heart almost skipped a beat.

Then a new voice spoke, "Hey Beauty Queen."

Piper stood slowly and moved her eyes from Sammy to the face of the new voice.

Tears began to fill her eyes as she tried to speak, "V-Valdez...?"

He held Piper's hands and looked her in the eyes, "Miss me?"

Piper let some tears fall and pulled him in close. She went for a hug but punched him in the gut instead.

"WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?!??!" She cried.

"I-I-" he stammered.

"DO YOU REALIZE HOW LONG IT'S BEEN VALDEZ?!!?"

"Pipes I'm sorry I-"

"YOU'RE AN IDIOT! I THOUGHT YOU WERE GONE FOREVER!"

All while this was happening Sammy was standing with his new friends all watching the two adults with very confused and maybe worried faces.

Sammy whispered to Jessica, "Why is your mommy yelling at my daddy?"

She simply replied, "He was being bad."

"I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU NEVER TRIED TO CONTACT US!"

"PIPES! I'M SORRY OKAY! I JUST-" he was cut short, "OW!" Piper had punched him again.

He was about to speak again but Piper had had enough. She finally burst into tears. She pulled Leo in and held him in a hug, crying into his chest. Leo returned the hug, holding her tight. He might have shed a few tears himself.

Soon Jason, Hazel, Percy, everyone had joined Leo and Piper in a huge group hug. They all laughed and cried but they were all together again, and that's all that mattered.

"So... I'm it right?" Sammy asked Luke.

"Fine." Luke replied.

The kids all resumed their game of tag while Leo introduced his old friends to his wife. Calypso.
