After the war, Thalia finished high school with Jason. They both decided to wait a year to start college. They had realized that they never really hung out ever since they were reunited. So they spent the year off from school to hang out as siblings.
They had crazy adventures, Thalia even discovered that, as long as she had Jason by her side, she too could fly! They'd walk everywhere wearing socks and shocking their friends. They had a great time together!
Eventually they went to college and finished together. They spent a lot of time together. Jason eventually married Piper and they started a family. Thalia was the cool aunt who visited all the time and taught the babies sneaky little tricks when Jason and Piper weren't in the room.
Time passed, and eventually Jason grew old. The Grace siblings had some great times together. So many memories with each other and everyone at Camp Half-Blood and Camp Jupiter.
Thalia often visited the grave where her mother was buried. She would talk to her, but she never got a reply. Thalia was very old now. This time she went to the grave... But spoke to Jason instead, who died years ago of old age.
Jason, Piper, Annabeth, Percy, Leo, Calypso, Hazel, Frank, Nico, Reyna, and Will were all lined next to one another. Their graves all next to passed heroes: Luke, Silena, Beckendorf, Zoë, etc.
Thalia chose the immortal life. She promised each and every single one of her friends that she would always be there to protect their children. As a Hunter, that was her job.
The Grace siblings finally said goodbye... Until they meet again, maybe in some other life.
