Jason often saw Nico sitting alone in the shadows of his cabin porch, not even in a chair. He would sit there looking sad and holding that Hades mythomagic figure from his sister.
Jason wasn't best friends with him, but he couldn't stand seeing Nico like that so much. So he went out and bought the newest most advanced deck of mythomagic cards and figurines for Nico and a beginner's deck for himself.
He marched up to nico, who was still sitting there, and slammed the new deck down in front of him.
"Teach me." he said.
Nico looked up at him "... That's for kids...I don't play anymore.."
For some reason he thought of Percy and said, "Sometimes it's ok to be a kid once in a while." and put the deck in Nico's hand.
He thought he saw him smile then he sighed, "... you roll first..."
