9. cold touch, warm blood

After the night spent under the stars Yoongi and Jimin became closer than before. Now, Jimin has stopped thinking of Yoongi as his bodyguard and more like a best friend he never had growing up. He shared a lot of things about his life with Yoongi, even the embarrassing details that he never told anyone else.

Before he used to sit in one corner of his classroom with earphones stuffed in, and eyes jealous of other people having fun with their friends. But that has changed now.

He and Yoongi pass notes in the middle of the class, sometimes Yoongi writes off such a funny joke that makes him laugh in front of the whole class. But he doesn't mind, he doesn't care if his teachers scold or punish him. Now he has a friend who makes him laugh, and that's all that matters.

The classmates are also starting to stop giving him the side eye, they seem more relaxed in his presence now that they've seen him laugh and be happy in Yoongi's company. Yoongi has really changed his life for the better.

With him and Yoongi getting close, Jimin and Minjae's hangouts became quite frequent too. And to Minjae's absolute dismay Yoongi was present in each one of them. For Jimin's sake he tried to put a friendly attitude with Yoongi but the way his expression would change every time Yoongi came into Minjae's sight, didn't go unnoticed by Yoongi.

And after each hangout session Jimin would make Yoongi sit next to him and blabber about how good looking Minjae was or the bare minimum things he did that fluttered his heart.

Even though hearing your crush talk about his crush is a devastating thing, Yoongi still enjoys every bit of it. He doesn't pay much attention to what Jimin says but instead he stays mesmerized with Jimin's adorable expression.

Jimin would look so beautiful while talking his heart out to him, his eyes fluttering beautifully and his adorable smile that made Yoongi's heart pound. If only, this smile was because of him....

" Jimin ah, do you have any plans today?"

Yoongi asked, stepping inside Jimin's room.

Jimin's head was buried in his phone, he was too busy searching for a perfect reply to Minjae's message that his mind didn't register Yoongi's question for some time.

Only when Yoongi cleared his throat to gain his attention, then only Jimin remembered to answer him.

" Jae hyung asked to come over today, we're probably gonna watch a movie."

Since their final exams were coming up both of them have been busy with studies, Minjae more so because of him being in his final year of college. That's why they didn't have the time to meet frequently but Minjae suggested that they watch a movie at Jimin's house today and Jimin also agreed to the idea.

It won't be the first time Minjae would visit Jimin's home but this would be the first time he's visiting for Jimin, before this he only visited with his father because Mr. Park had invited them over for a get together or a party. Jimin had cleaned his room so many times in one day that now he was tired from all the cleaning.

Seeing Yoongi still in his room, Jimin finally looks up to spare him a glance. Once he looked at him his eyes got stuck on Yoongi. He was dressed in formal attire today, a white shirt, black tie and black suit. His jet black hair was styled back, it was like he was going for an office meeting.

" Are you going somewhere?"

Jimin asked without taking his eyes off Yoongi. Seeing Yoongi dressed like this reminded him of their first meeting when he mistook Yoongi for a kidnapper.
