" yoo-"
" yoongi."
Yoongi hears Jimin calling from a far distance. His voice is merely a whisper as if Jimin is very far away from him. There's nothing but darkness surrounding him as far as he can see.

" yoongi."
He hears it again. Jimin calling for him. With each call getting louder, he could feel Jimin being near to him.

So, he started running in the direction of the voice. He ran and ran, even though all he could see was darkness. He ran until he finally saw a little light.

When he puts his hand forward to touch it, suddenly the darkness fades away casting a bright blinding light.

" Yoongi."
He sees Jimin standing in that brightness. With a warm smile on his face, he extended his hand forward for Yoongi to take it and just as Yoongi put his hand forward he felt a gust of wind pulling him away.

Yoongi wakes up with the worst headache of his life. The dim light that's coming into the room through the window is bright enough to hurt his eyes. For a second he doesn't understand what's going on or why he's feeling like this.

Out of habit, he tries to get up, but that's when he experiences a sharp pain in his shoulder. The pain was enough to make him not try getting up again, so he lays back down.

Slowly all the sensations in his body start to come back and he feels a dull ache in one of his arms. He tries to lift it up, only to feel it being too heavy to be lifted.

So, he shifts his gaze from the ceiling towards his hand, only to find Jimin sleeping by his bedside, using his hand as a pillow. It must be an uncomfortable position, but somehow Jimin looked peaceful even then.

Jimin's chubby cheek is squished on Yoongi's hand making him look more adorable than usual. Yoongi's heart pace fastens when he sees Jimin like that, he's not able to suppress the urge to touch him. So, he extended his other hand to pat Jimin's hair, again forgetting about the wound on his shoulder.

The sudden muscle flex shot another pain in his shoulder, this time it wasn't a dull ache but a throbbing pain. And on a reflex he yelps, waking Jimin up.

" Yoongi..."
Jimin's voice is hoarse as he calls Yoongi's name. He rubs his puffy red eyes that had big dark circles under them, clearly indicating the lack of sleep he had experienced and Yoongi knew it was because of him.

" You're awake."
Jimin seems calm in his words, unlike the last image of him that Yoongi remembers.

He never thought he'd ever see Jimin break down and cry like that, at least not because of him. Jimin has always seemed so strong headed, that it never occurred to him that Jimin could be weak too. He felt like Jimin showed him his real emotions for the first time, and it was enough for him to think that their relationship was surely heading somewhere.

" Why did you cry ?"
Yoongi asks the question that he wanted to ask that very day. He knows it's a weird question but he's very curious. After seeing Jimin cry like that for him it has been revolving in his mind. It's not like they've known each other for their whole lives or they are related... he is Jimin's bodyguard and they only knew each other for a few months. Then why did Jimin cry for him so much? This was the first time someone cried for him, for the first time in his life he felt loved.

" I'm not a heartless monster."
Jimin replies, turning his face away from Yoongi. His hand still rests on top of Yoongi's hand, spreading his cold body some warmth.

Jimin doesn't know how he's talking to Yoongi with such a calm demeanor, he was livid when Yoongi was lying in his arms lifeless. He still can't look at Yoongi without remembering that pale face of Yoongi with hot blood smearing on his cold body.
