After breakfast, Tristan's question still lingered in my head, unanswered. And I think it will remain as a mystery, until I find enough clues to draw out a formula to answer it.

Currently I'm in my room, arranging my things and getting ready to go back to the city. Anna on the other hand, was feeling bored and can't sleep. So she stayed with me and is now comfortably sitting on my bed while reading a book.

Divina said I could freely grab the clothes that I want from the closet, and I'm probably stupid for turning down her offer. Well, I guess I'm not the type to abuse someone's kindness, or I'm just plain stupid.

I was planning to go back with the same clothes I wore when I got here, which is my uniform. But Jill fought me on that, and with him no one can say no. He then picked out from the closet; a pair of light blue jeans, paired with a baby pink cashmere shirt, and finished the look with brown ankle boots. Plus he won't leave nor stop yapping, until he sees me wearing it. So, I have no choice and apparently I'm going back to the city in style – well later – now I'm sitting on the cold floor, like a rag girl in fashion.

While folding my now clean uniform, Anna suddenly sat to my side, as she studied my vitamins. Even I am weirded when I first saw it. Unlike other vitamins this one has no label, its container is only a plain white plastic bottle, with an expiration date at the back. It's pretty suspicious, but I'm sure it's not a drug. My pupils aren't dilated after I drink one, nor do I see unicorns in broad daylight. She opened the cap and pulled one tablet out. The tablet has the color of crimson red, and its gel based. This is the only medical shit that I don't hate, it's not bitter nor taste like puke.

"You have the zame zupplement one with my friend Lea." She simply said, while reminiscing a memory in her head. Probably her friend drinking one, as they laugh and talk about how healthy they are, which sounds like a TV commercial for Centrum.

Supplement... I drink this thing every day, mom said I shouldn't skip one day without it. One vile a day... Tristan's words suddenly haunts my head. Wait, I'm not entirely sure if her friend Lea is a...

"She's a vampire right, your friend, Lea?" I asked her.

"Yez. Like you, a half-blood." She simply said. Like she didn't just blurt out a big piece of the puzzle.

Damn. How can my past be so complicated! Now it feels like I'm solving a mystery case. So I laid out my clues: I'm a half-blood, was hypnotized thinking I have fear of blood, and... this weird supplement. But this supplement, is the biggest question of all. I don't know if it's some sort of substitute for blood?

Shit. My brain is racking too much, it feels like it just got hit by a killer earthquake.

"Fucking hell." I gave up thinking. I need help. So I stood up and bolted out of my room, heading towards the kitchen. I figured that's where Divina hangs out. Maybe she can think of more clues for me. But then, I stopped when I was almost near the staircase.

Should I drag them further with me? These words acted like breaks, and made me come to a stop.

These people have helped me more than enough. To begin with, this is my problem to solve, not theirs. So, I walked back to my room feeling a heavy weight upon my shoulders, like I'm balancing some fucked up ballerina whales on top of me.

I sighed. I should uncover this problem on my own.

Anna was standing still when I got back in my room, and she looks worried, probably by my sudden actions.

I laughed to conceal my anxiousness. "I thought I left my phone in Tristan's car. I remembered it's under my pillow." I scratched my head, to add to the effect, well this is what I see in movies when they forget something, people scratch their heads like there's a nest of flea in it. While mentally crossing my fingers that she would hopefully buy my act.
