Will hugged me back as well, making me transfer all the paint on my raincoat to his clean shirt. "Ooops." I said and he simply laughed, ruffling my hair.

"We missed you princess." He said and smiled as he looked to his side. And there I saw Jel, holding his hand firmly. I immediately shrieked like a drunken sea horse.

"Oh my god!" I know, I sounded like a spoiled cheerleader, but hey I am cheering for this couple. I totally ship them!

I drastically hugged Jel, making the two of us fall on the ground. We just laughed it out, not minding the other people who we've just crashed into. Well, their reaction was pretty priceless, like they've just been hit by a wave of drunken teenagers. "I'm so happy for you!" I said to her with a genuine smile.

"Thanks. I missed you." She said and hugged me back.

"Ah this is not the place for sexy-time guys. But oh well." Allanah joined us into a group hug, and so did Daisy. Then we heard a loud awkward cough from Will, making us break our formation.

"Jealous much?" I said to him, while dusting my pants. "Don't worry, we won't steal her from you..."

"Not yet." Daisy filled out the missing words, making the four of us laugh like crazy hyenas. Even though it wasn't that funny. Being with these girls just fuels my craziness.

When the laughter died down, I stood next to Will. "Has Tristan come back?" I asked him silently, so that the others won't hear me. Especially John, though I know he's too focused on the parade, that he doesn't have the time to eavesdrop on me.

Will nodded but didn't reply immediately. He sighed and looked at me with grieving eyes. "He's been camping at the cemetery the moment he came back." He run a hand through his hair. "I don't know what happened. He won't talk to me. But I'm sure he has a problem. He's like that, all the freakin time. He thinks his Pop is his only friend."

"Cemetery?" I asked, I have no idea why Tristan would camp there.

"Yeah. On his father's grave. There's a small house aunt Divina built right next to it." He paused and looked at me. "Which reminds me, I did saw you there once. I think you and your friends were shooting a horror film or something." He stopped and laughed. "And I didn't know you had a friend ghost."

Now I remember, it was them, in that blue beetle I saw, after we wrap things up and was ready to head home.

I smiled. "Yeah. We're pretty close I should introduce you to her." I said and we both laughed, well, briefly.

Immediately my mind jumped to serious mode. I didn't know Tristan's father was dead. So that's why he had that look on his face when he talked about him, back at their condo. I sighed. Poor nerd. For the mean time I need to put these thoughts away and focus on the situation at hand.

Tristan probably thinks that I'm still in danger. I hope he is not blaming himself for what happened back there in Japan. I need to see him. Well, he is one of the main reasons why I'm here.

And, it's a good thing I know where to find him, and that place Will's talking about.

I tapped John's shoulder. "Can you buy us some drinks? Please?" I asked trying to do a puppy dog eyes. He gave in to my plea and went down to get some refreshments.

When John was out of sight, I immediately turned to Allanah and asked to borrow her car. She lend her keys to me without questioning why, and instructed me where she parked it.

I'm sorry John. This time, I'm running away.

I drove down the main road trying to remember a shortcut to where that cemetery is, well it won't be long till John catches up to me. And I know if that time comes, he won't bring me back to the festival. So I had to do get there fast.

I knew that I only have a day to sort things out, but the moment I even started, everything has gone downhill. I guess, saying goodbye to my friends in person won't be possible now.

When I saw some familiar road signs that would lead to the cemetery, instantly I let out a sigh of relief. I thought for a second there that I was lost. The problem now is, I don't know where Tristan is exactly.

I sighed.

Fuck. I guess this leaves me no choice. If I don't want to waste any more second, I have to do this. Well, it's about time I make use of this so called gift. I then readied myself for the headache that's about to come. And closed my eyes, while telling my brain to function that magnifying eye-shit.

When I opened my eyes, suddenly everything has gotten into close up mode. I stopped the car to avoid myself from bumping into a tree, or accidentally mow over a tomb. Looking around I finally caught sight of a familiar figure. On the far end of this lot, there sat a person next to a grave, while reading a book. Someone I knew with all my heart, Tristan.

I drove towards where he is and parked the car a few blocks away from his direction. Well, I wanted to surprise him and partly have a dramatic entrance.

I walked as silently as possible towards him, but even though I was still a few feet away. He turned with the single sound I made by stepping on a mud, then our eyes met. I smiled to him. "Hey." I said in a low voice, I knew he'll hear me, even if I speak like a mouse.

He dropped his book and ran towards me. When he reached me, he hugged me tightly, like he just saw me come back from the dead. "I thought I'd never see you again."

As sad as it is. He's right. After this day, we'll probably never see each other, again. Realizing that, I hugged him back as well, drawing him even closer. I'll miss you nerd.

When we broke the hug, I looked up to him and lifted my toes so that I could reach his lips. I kissed him with all my heart, pouring every single ounce of feelings I have for him.

Action does speak louder than words, and I want him to get a hold of that. Which he did, he kissed me back with the same passion I have for him, or even more.

We broke the kiss, when the two of us heard a set of car wheels screech near us. A black car parked just in front of this hill. Then came out John, with him were two more hunters.

I sighed.

"Goodbye nerd." I looked at him and it hurts to see his puzzled expression. "Honestly, I came here just to say that, and I wish I have the time to explain why." I touched his cheek. "I love you." I said in a whisper. I immediately turned my back on him and walked away, before I change my mind and ran away with him.

He held my hand, making me face him again. "This is not the last time I'll see you hobbit." He then gave me another kiss. And when we broke apart, he held his gaze on mine with so much intensity. "I love you too."

The end.
