Reece was putting together a cot when a sudden noise made him turn.
Autumn was watching him, he tried to read her expression but came back blank, he couldn't read her sometimes.
"Hey, you okay?" He asks before turning back to the final touches.
She smiled slightly, "Fine."
Reece had decided that for a Christmas present this year for his sister he would make a vacant room upstairs a large nursery.
Everyone knew she was pregnant now, he had to practically drag Marjorie away from Autumn when she found out, she sobbed so hard that she almost fainted.
"I figured you and Winter could take the room next door, have this whole floor to yourselves." Reece said smiling as he hammered down on a loose nail.
Autumn hummed in approval as she looked around, she turned to the side and watched her reflection in the window, a small yet noticeable bump was beginning to grow and she rubbed it gently.
Reece suddenly gasped and sat back slightly, "Oh my god."
Autumn cocked her head in confusion.
He looked to her with wide eyes, "I've come to the realisation that I am going to need to baby proof this whole house."
She rolled her eyes before chuckling slightly.
Reece looked even more confused, "What's funny."
Autumn crossed her arms, "You do realise my child is going to be surrounded by ex childcare workers, the only thing that could harm her would be Marjorie's cooking."
Reece's face lit up slightly, "You're literally going to have a whole village behind you," he paused before turning back to his work, "I'm still going to baby proof." He murmured gently.

Charlotte was putting the last things in her suitcase, Mia was across the room observing quietly.
"I'm fine Mia." Charlotte sighed as she zipped it up.
Charlotte was in-fact not fine, Mia could tell, she hadn't been fine for a long time.
"Baby if you want to stay a few more days there's no harm." Mia ushered gently.
Charlotte shook her head, "We have to get back, I need to see if Autumn's alright, we're behind on missions and we need to check if Jodie is still alive."
Mia chuckled slightly at the last remark but it quickly died down, "Char it's okay to put yourself first."
Charlotte froze slightly before turning back, "Last night was nothing but a slip, it won't happen again." She said dully.
She had let herself fall to pieces last night and she swore to herself to never let that happen again. It was selfish of her.
Mia was watching with sad eyes, she wasn't sure what to do.
When they got back to the house Charlotte carried their luggage upstairs silently, Mia stayed behind to meet a confused Reece.
"She seems okay." Reece said quietly as he watched her ascend.
Mia shook her head before sighing.
"Want to go for a cigarette?" He says gently.
-
Charlotte stopped her pacing when she noticed a door was open, she pushed it open slightly and held her breath when she saw what Reece was putting together.
"Oh wow." She whispered as she stepped inside, she walked over to the vacant cot and ran her hand along the wooden bars gently, smiling softly.
She looked around, there was a paint bucket left on the floor filled halfway with a light maroon colour, the wall behind the cot had been painted yet the others stayed white.
There was a small bookcase in the process of being built also, it's parts sprawled on the floor in order of size.
Charlotte felt the grief of her daughters drawing back in on her slowly, she backed out of the room and into another.
Rogers old office.
There was nothing associated with grief in here, she looked over at the massive bookcase and began to count the individual books, she stopped when she noticed something strange.
She knelt down and removed two books revealing a small leather book that had been carefully wedged behind the shelve, intended to be hidden.
She had never seen this before, considering she'd read every book in this house back to front a million times.
She opened it up carefully and gasped at the name written in the centre in a careful manner, it was a journal.
Siobhan.
