"Is it something bad?" I sighed and picked up a piece of melon before biting into it. "Dat nuh look good." I chewed and swallowed before looking at her.

"She had been in a mood for the longest but she refused to talk about until the other day when she was making a big fuss about why me and Nasir were going out without telling her where we were going."
