I was woken up from my sleep by pain in my lower back and I groaned aloud because I knew what that was.
Mi glad seh mi nah breed still cause God know seh condom a did probably a tenth thought when we had sex.
As always.
My period was however something that I did not look forward to every month and birth control wasn't an option because to me, I didn't need anymore weight.
I pulled the covers back and climbed out of the bed before checking to make sure that no blood was on the sheets. Periods were a natural things and accidents happened but the experience I had with my first period and how my ex used to make me feel disgusted stuck with me to this day.
Before we broke up and even though I knew he wouldn't make me feel embarrassed or like something was wrong with me, I tried to avoid all accidents so he didn't have to see any signs of it other than the obvious.
I grabbed my phone and walked into the bathroom, shutting the door behind me. I wiped the toilet seat off with some chlorox wipes and dried it before pulling my clothes down and sitting down. I checked my underwear and sure enough, I saw blood on making me sigh yet again.
A wah bawl an just dead.
I unlocked my phone and went to tiktok because I'd be in here for a while.

"I know it's just—."
"Nothing. Just relax and don't worry about it."
"Okay." He left the bathroom, closing the door behind him and I put my phone down before cleaning myself up and flushing the toilet. Stripping out of the rest of my clothes, I turned on the shower and stepped inside so I could take a shower.
