It started like any other day another photoshoot, another meeting. But something was off. Sai wasn’t there. For the first time in weeks, I didn’t see his annoying smile, didn’t hear his overly friendly voice calling out to me. At first, I felt a strange sense of relief. Finally, some peace.
But then I heard the whispers around the agency. “Did you hear? Sai got into a car accident.”
I stopped in my tracks, my mind racing. A car accident? That wasn’t part of my plan. If something happened to Sai, it should have been because of me not some random twist of fate. What did he mean by that?
