All the ladies love Leo

The rest of the week went by far too quickly for my liking. Every day, I hung around the infirmary when my siblings needed me, went to train a bit, hung out with my friends, and spent time with Leo. It felt totally normal.

Thursday rolled around quickly and we had a grand feast in the dining pavilion. We even went around saying what we were thankful for. There was nothing that I was more thankful for than being here. We did unfortunately have to burn some of our food, you know, the whole offering thing. There was still plenty to go around.

I am supposed to be leaving tomorrow, and I finally found out how I'm getting back to Hogwarts. Will's boyfriend, Nico di Angelo, is a son of Hades. Nico can do this really cool thing called shadow traveling. Personally I've never done it, but it does seem pretty scary. He can literally disappear and reappear into the shadows.

Anyways, I only have a little less than a day left at camp.

It's after the big feast on Thursday evening that everyone is basically in food comas in their respective cabins. Leo and I headed to Bunker 9 to take a nap. Funny story, I may have been sleeping here every night since I got back. This is totally normal for us, and most nights we have slept on our own couches anyways. It is just always comforting to have him there when I have a hard time sleeping.

Since we have been sleeping in Bunker 9, I have never slept better. Like seriously, I have slept like a baby every night. My energy levels were way better, and I was in a way better place than when I left school.

This time, we decided to nap on the same couch. Again, Leo and I have always been comfortable around eachother like this. Cuddling isn't abnormal at all.

Although there have been a few more times that we've kissed since I've been here... but that's a different story.

I fall sound asleep to Leo kissing my forehead and rubbing my back until it is dark out. We eventually wake up to Will knocking loudly on the door to get us to go hangout with everyone. A few campers were gathered around the fire, the one's who hadn't stayed sleeping. Even Chiron and Mr. D were sitting with us.

In this moment, looking around at my friends, and sitting in the warmth of the fire, I felt completely peaceful. I was starting to get nervous about going back to school.

Leo and I sat leaning against eachother, talking to our friends for a while before everyone headed to bed. We stayed by the fire until it died down, then decided to go back to Bunker 9 for the night.

We walk back, his arm around me, laughing together until we rest together on the same couch.

"I can't believe you already leave tomorrow," He says, looking down at me to where I'm laying on his chest.

"I know, it went by too quick." I nod, frowning.

"Can we talk about what's going to happen when you go back?" He asks.

My heart rate picks up a little bit. I knew this would have to happen at some point, unfortunately. We couldn't stay in our little bubble forever.

"Sure. What's on your mind?" I ask, pressing my face against his chest to avoid eye contact.

"You know how hard it is to keep up with eachother." He says, his voice low.

I don't say anything.

"This has been amazing, I'm so happy. Seriously you have no idea. But it's not fair for us to commit to eachother when we're not going to get to really be together until summer."

"I know," I whisper. This really sucks. Like really bad. Why does it feel like a break up when we were never even together?

"You never know what can change in that time." He says.
