"Wh..what are you talking about? What hottest topic? " Rain asked stammering, just then he realized something is not right and without waiting for an answer, he quickly looked for his phone, but then remember he had plugged it in for charging in the bedroom. He rushed to the bedroom, unplugged his phone, and turned it on. As soon as it powered on, notifications flooded the screen. His hands started to shake as he opened social media. His head spun when he saw the trending topic about him and Winnie, and to make matters worse, he saw Winnie's post.

Rain immediately dialed Winnie's number, but there was no answer. Panic set in as Rain finally understood why Phayu was so angry. He immediately typed a message to Winnie, asking him to remove the pictures, pacing around the room with frustration clearly visible on his face. Soon, Winnie's reply came in:

"Why should I remove the pictures?"

Rain read the message and took a deep breath. At that moment, he wanted nothing more than to hit Winnie's head, but he calmed himself down and typed, "Can't you see, Winnie, that they're talking about us? We're fucking trending, and the situation worsened because of your post. They're thinking you confessed and we're in a relationship!"

Rain pressed the send button, blaming himself for not clearing things up with Winnie last night. If he had done that, this situation wouldn't be happening now. Just then, he saw Phayu enter the room. Rain immediately went to his side to explain, "Phayu, it's not what you're thinking..." But before Rain could finish, Phayu cut him off.

"What I'm thinking? I am not thinking about anything!! And why are you looking so restless? You should be happy, you got what you wanted. Finally, everyone knows about you and your not-so-hidden relationship." It wasn't really Phayu speaking; it was his jealousy getting the best of him.

"Phayu, it's really not that," Rain tried to say, but Phayu was not in the mood to hear any explanation, so he cut him off.

"Then what is it, Rain? You tell me what it is! I am seeing things wrong? Or do you think everyone is blind and they can't see how he is confessing to you on the stage, and you are responding equally, you're singing together like a couple, posting pictures, and still, you say it's not what I'm thinking?" He shouted, making Rain flinch a little in fear.

Just then, Rain's phone pinged with a message, Winnie's name flashing on the screen. When Phayu saw it, he snatched Rain's phone and opened Winnie's message: "What if they're not wrong? And what if I say I like you?"

Reading that message made Phayu lose his temper. He didn't know why, but this was taking a serious toll on his mind. He shove the phone toward Rain. "Now tell me, what is this? Tell me what this means!"

Rain looked at the phone, reading the message,he face palmed himself, What the hell is Winnie saying? And why did Phayu have to read it? Rain thinks looking at Phayu with pleading eyes, on the verge of tears. "Trust me, it's not like this-I didn't even know Winnie had feelings like this for me before last night. If I had known, I would have never let this happen," Rain explained.

When Phayu heard that, his eyes darkened even more. "What did you say? You didn't know before last night? That means you found out last night but still didn't do anything about it? Why? What were you thinking? Were you trying to hide it? Or did you think no one would find out? Tell me, Rain, what were you thinking?" Phayu asked.

"I wasn't thinking anything!" Rain shouted. "I tried to clear things up with Winnie, to tell him I don't have such feelings for him, but I didn't get a chance."

"You didn't get a chance?" Phayu gripped Rain's arms. "The whole night you were together, and you're saying you didn't get a chance? And forget about last night-when the first rumors started about you and Winnie, why didn't you tell him then? You could have told him you are already taken, you are married. Why didn't you tell him you're already fucking married? If you had, things wouldn't have come to this point," Phayu said, holding Rain's arm even tighter, making him hiss in pain.
