Phayu pulled back when he heard his name and saw Ziva standing there. He was shocked to see her in his house, he had never expected her to show up like this especially not at that moment. He got up from where he had been leaning over Rain. When Rain saw Ziva, he froze. Had she seen them kissing? Of course she had, that's why she was staring at him with those murderous eyes.
"What are you doing here, Ziva?" Phayu asked feeling a bit irritated that she had come into his and Rain's home like this without letting him know first.
Ziva was just standing there completely stunned and her eyes were fixed on Rain filled with tears. Rain quickly looked away from her. "Uh... you two talk. I need to finish this," he quickly picked up the bowl and ran upstairs. He had no desire to listen to the argument that was surely going to happen.
Phayu saw Rain running upstairs, he wanted to call him back, but before he could, Ziva stepped in front of him. "What was happening here Phayu? What were you doing with him? "
Phayu sighed. He knew Ziva had seen him kissing Rain, so there was no point in lying. And even if she hadn't, he wouldn't hide it from her "whatever you saw, that's exactly what happened here."
Ziva's face went pale. She had hoped maybe she had misunderstood the situation but now it was clear, Phayu was indeed kissing that boy. "You... you were kissing him," Ziva whispered, reaching for Phayu's hand as she started to cry but Phayu quickly shrugged her hand off and stepped back. Seeing him move away like that hurt her even more. Was he avoiding her touch now?
"What are you doing Ziva? Someone might see us," Phayu said, looking around to make sure they were alone.
Ziva chuckled hearing his words. " I just held your hand and you are worried someone might see us. But when you were all over that... that boy kissing him, you didn't worry that someone might see you?" Ziva shouted in anger and Phayu didn't like the tone she was using, he never allowed anyone to raise their voice at him. But he held back because he could see she was hurt.
"Because we are married, Ziva, in everyone's eyes. Even if someone saw us, they wouldn't think anything of it. But if they see you and me together like this, they will talk about us and... about Rain," Phayu said whispering rain's name.
"Really Phayu? Since when do you care about what others think? In the past you never cared about anyone's opinions. So what changed now?"
Ziva was right, Phayu had never cared about what others thought and even now he doesn't give a damn what is anyone thinking but here he wasn't worried about himself. What he was worried about was Rain. What people might think of Rain, how they would look at him if they saw Phayu with Ziva when he was already married to Rain. Phayu didn't want anyone to gossip about Rain, let alone judge him.
"Yes, I didn't care what people said before. But now it's different Ziva. You know I am not alone anymore, I am married and someone else's name is connected to mine. So I can't act however I want"
"You care about that boy, not me? You are worried for him, what will people think about him? But you are not worried if I am hurt or not! And why are you caring about him? Why do you care if anyone talks about him? Or you really started caring for him? That's why you are pushing me away? It's all because of him, right? Ziva asked but Phayu didn't answer. "Now I understand why you left me all alone in your penthouse, why you told me to move on, why you never answered my calls or met me after that day. And look at me, thinking you were upset because of our argument. That's why I came here, to talk to you. But I didn't know you were busy with all of this. You were busy enjoying your married life with him, weren't you? So, how far have you gone with him?"
She grabbed Phayu's arm shaking him. "How far Phayu? What have you done with him beyond kissing? Have you touched him? Shared a bed with him? Have you... have you slept with him?" Ziva screamed completely losing control. Phayu was shocked seeing her like this and hearing her words.
