The first day of the inter high was quite boring. Both Inarizaki teams didn't need to play, so they kind of just chilled out in their hotel. Some members had been too restless, so they were allowed to practice at a nearby gym.
You were forced to be on bed rest by a certain group of people. "Guys, I told you I'm fine." You had repeated to them as they kept fretting over you.
Everyone that found out about the pregnancy decided it would be best to constantly worry about you. They had their doubts about letting you play volleyball, but you and the doctor had assured them that everything was fine. After all, you were going to disappear from school after the tournament up until you fully recovered after giving birth. Either way, you knew you'd be playing in every tournament for the rest of your high school career. Not even twin girls would take you away from the sport you love playing.
The second day of the tournament was a different story. The boys' team would have their first match roughly around the same time you would have yours. Even with your stomach showing, you managed to hide your pregnancy with a bigger jersey. No one would be able to tell you're pregnant during this whole thing. And you were determined to win, no matter the cost.
You got onto the court, ready to give it your all. You weren't losing this match. You would do whatever it takes to win this tournament. If you face Niiyama again, you'd beat them.

You happily walk into the changing room, having just won your first game. "I hope the boys are doin' alright."
Mai nods. "Same. Your baby daddy seemed excited for this match. Unfortunately, they started while we were still playing, so I couldn't get a look at how they were doing. I wanna try catching the last bit of their game."
Suki jumps up excitedly. "I bet Rin is doin' great at gettin' 'round the blockers, like always. What school were they up against?"
You hum, pulling your oversized track jacket over your big t-shirt, zipping it up to remain warm. "Karasuno, if I remember correctly. Apparently, they beat Shiratorizawa. So they must be pretty good."
"Not better than our boys." Mai speaks with an air of confidence. "They're winning against every team, no doubt about it."
You chuckle, slinging your bag over your shoulder. "They better. This is the last tournament we'll be playin' in before I give birth to the twins."
Suki runs her fingers through her hair. "Speaking of which, have ya picked names out for 'em?"
You nod. "Yeah, but me and Tsumu want it to be a surprise for when they're born."
The 3 of you walk out of the locker room, finding your way to some available seats. You all sit down, looking out over the court. You noticed that each team had already taken a set. And, currently, the Inarizaki boys were behind by a point. If they lose one more point, they'll lose this match.
Mai groans. "Damn, we missed so much of their match."
Suki bites her bottom lip. "This isn't lookin' very good."
You remain silent as you witness the new Miya twin quick attack. Everything seemed to slow down as two Karasuno first years successfully block the spike. Your eyes track the ball, seeing as not even Akagi can receive it. It lands just within bounds, near the line. Time seemed to have stopped, the area going silent as everyone awaits the final call from the referee.
You release the breath you were holding as the whistle sounds, signalling that you boyfriend's team had just lost. You stand up. "Come on, we need to get back to the hotel. Time to rest. We got at least one game tomorrow." You start walking away.
Slowly, Suki and Mai follow you. All 3 of you drag your feet as you wlak through the building.
You stop as you run into the winning team of the match you just saw the end of. "Ya better not let this win go to waste." You give a hard stare at the duo that blocked Osamu's spike.
Hinata flinched, shrinking under your stare. He shakes, intimidated by your presence. He lowers his voice so that only his setter can hear. "Kageyama, do you think they're trying to pick a fight."
"Shut up, dumbass." Kageyama looks into your fierce eyes. "I'm guessing you're the girls' team from Inarizaki. I looked over at your game a few times during timeouts. Sorry if we disappointed you by winning. I have no intentions of losing the next game."
You hum, blinking slowly and sighing. "Right. Now I gotta deal with Sumu bein' down after losin'. Yer Kageyama Tobio, right? Sumu mentioned ya after the youth trainin' camp. I was also there, for the girls' camp. Though, I wasn't as active as ya, I'm guessin'."
The first year setter narrow his eyes. "You're the girlfriend he was bragging about?"
You nod. "That's me. I'm guessing ya were 'round Sakusa and Komori at this trainin' camp as well, considerin' that's who Sumu talked bout often."
"Yeah, they were also around." He takes a step towards you. "Sorry to crush Atsumu-san's dreams this tournament. But I have goals of my own. However, out of respect, I'll be rooting for you and your team."
You burst out laughing. "Ya respect that idiot?! Yer a funny one, Kageyama-kun. I wish ya good luck durin' the rest of yer games. See ya 'round." You lead your friends away from Karasuno, walking towards the exit of the stadium.
Mai raised a brow. "Don't you want to look for the guys before heading back?"
You shake your head. "Nah. Right now, they needa handle their loss on their own for a bit. I should probably go get some rest. I'm still pregnant, ya know. I needa worry bout my health first. I can worry bout takin' care of Sumu later."
