"It was pleasant speaking with you." Sir Ras bowed.

"For me as well." The priestess returned the gesture, "You'll be heading back right? I shall guide you to where the Young lady is."

"Yes, thank you." Ras smiled.

Sir Ras noticed how tight-lipped the priestess was. He wondered if it was because the Zenith church didn't trust other priests from different religions. He observed that the Zenith church might also be related to the chimera incident.

"Did you show the young miss around, Ricky?" The priestess asked.

"Yes!!" Ricky replied in an excited manner.

"Oh my." Someone replied from behind the group.

"Hm?" Ricky turned to see who it was.

"It seems as though an honored guest had come while I was away." The Bishop said, while an ominous man wearing complete armor followed behind him.

"Your excellency!" RIcky called.

"It's an honor to meet you, young miss." The Bishop smiled.

"My name is Jasmine Welton, it's an honor to meet you too." Jasmine replied.

"And who is this?" The Bishop turned to face Sir Ras.

"Ah! I'm Ras Armetic! I serve Pyro!" Sir Ras responded.

"Oh, Pyro! Is that so?"

Jasmine thought about the situation. What was their goal? Does it have to do with this man?

"It's a shame that I was away when you arrived. I apologize." The Bishop apologized.

"It's alright. I enjoyed my chat with the sister."

Jasmine looked at the paladin behind the Bishop. The strong divine energy signified that he was a paladin, however, Jasmine couldn't feel that he was a paladin with Zenith's divine power. Jasmine glanced at Sir Ras, he seemed to be in a state of shock, Jasmine knew that she had to get to the bottom of this.

After a brief conversation with the Bishop, Jasmine and Sir Ras left to go back to the estate. Jasmine looked back to see a silent Sir Ras, so she decided to speak up.

"I heard from Ricky earlier that his friend was chosen by God and was sent to the main church. He felt really jealous and said that he also wanted to become a priest."

"I see! Ricky's a good kid so I'm sure that he'll become a great priest someday!" Ras gave a double thumbs up.

Jasmine noticed that her attempt didn't work, so she tried again, "Oh, right! Did you hear from my father by any chance?" Jasmine asked.

"Hear what?"

"Father destroyed a criminal group named Lival about a month ago. Apparently they were kidnapping and trafficking children."

Ras seemed surprised by this information, and seemed like he was finally connecting the dots together.

"Now that I think about it, Ricky also said that he was in Lival before coming to the orphanage."

"Ricky was in that gang?!"

Jasmine continued to drop clues, "By the way, since when was the Zenith church a church that did charity work?"

"!!!"

Sir Ras couldn't believe that he had forgotten about something so important. The Zenith church was the one church that never did any charity work! Sir Ras never thought that the Zenith church would be the one's using children as material...
