"So this place, where Genesis' existence remains, is the last place I'm protecting. That's the reason I'm here." Masato explained.

Jasmine understood everything. The dragons always erased all traces of people who reached 9th class. The first thing Jasmine did when she reincarnated was to search for records of Noxia Nightshade. However, there weren't legends, folk lores, or even songs. Jasmine knew that she was definitely a pain in the neck for the 12 gods, so she had to be erased by Brahm, the dragon god. But just how much did Genesis learn for her to be erased?

"By any chance... is this where Genesis' grave is?" Jasmine asked.

"Why do you ask?" Masato looked at Jasmine.

"Well, as a fellow mage, I wish to honor his life..."

Masato stayed quiet for a while. Then he finally spoke up.

"Follow me."

Jasmine followed Masato deeper into the cave. The hallways were illuminated by small torches with blue flames flickering around. They finally arrived in a room which was filled with sunlight. A tree grew in the middle of the room, in front of it was a cross, on the right side of the cross, a purple bracelet glinted in the sunlight.

"It's here, this is where Genesis sleeps..." Masato looked up at the tree, currently blossoming with beautiful purple flowers.

Jasmine looked at the cross, flinching when she saw the bracelet. That was hers! Perfect Cell. It was one of the three items Noxia Nightshade had created in order to intercept the 12 Gods. This artifact made the one who wore it immune to all curses and diseases. Jasmine didn't expect to find it here, maybe the reason Genesis tried to find the truth of the world was because she knew of the existence of Noxia Nightshade. Jasmine knew that if she asked for it, Masato would probably kill her.

"I'm here, Genesis." Masato smiled, interlocking her hands together.

"What's that bracelet?" Jasmine asked.

"That's Genesis', it contains tremendous power. She claimed that it saved her life many times."

There wasn't a single speck of dust on it, Masato must've casted a cleaning spell on it, Jasmine thought.

"Is that all that's left of Genesis?" Jasmine asked.

"Why're you asking that?" Masato growled.

"My apologies!" Jasmine was nervous, "I don't have any hidden agendas! I'm just curious. She was someone who pursued the truth of the world, so I was wondering if there were any records left..."

"Well..." Masato thought for a moment, "There is a diary..."

"May I take a look at it?" Jasmine asked.

"I'm not in the mood to show something so precious to someone like you." Masato sighed.

"Well... could you tell me then?" Jasmine asked, "What is the truth of the world?"

"You're crossing the line! This isn't something a mere human is worthy of knowing-"

"Wrong." Jasmine stated, "Genesis gave her life up in order to find the truth. She may have failed in the end, but you are protecting her legacy. But instead of using this as a basis of keeping her memory, she would rather want it to be inherited by humans!"

"Tch..." Masato sighed, "You sure are an annoyingly clever kid! However, there's one thing you're wrong about. There's nothing I need to do to keep her memory. Since I remember everything about her..."

"I love you Noxia, please don't forget me..." An image of Jaeyun appeared in her mind.

"I can understand that to some point..." Jasmine told Masato.
