Kook's eyes narrowed as he stepped into the dimly lit living room. The faint scent of jasmine candles lingered in the air, remnants of the romantic evening they had shared before he left for his work trip. Yet, something felt off. Amelia was there, her eyes flitting around the room nervously, as if avoiding his gaze.

He had noticed it the moment he got home, her smile not quite reaching her eyes, her laughter a little too forced. The energy between them was thick with tension, a stark contrast to the usual sizzling anticipation that danced in the air when they were together. Kook knew something was up, but he didn't know what.

Kook: Are you okay?

Amelia: Yeah, I'm fine. I'm just tired from work.

Kook studied closely, noticing the tension in her shoulders "You don't seem fine. Did something happen while I was away?"

Amelia: No it's just woke stuff, you know how it can get.

Amelia felt a shiver run down her spine as Kook's intense gaze bore into her. She knew she couldn't keep her secret much longer, but she also feared the potential explosion of his volatile temper. She took a deep breath and tried to compose herself, flashing him a reassuring smile. Kook, unable to shake the feeling that something was amiss, took a few steps closer to Amelia.

He sat down on the couch, pulling her onto his lap, his arms wrapping around her waist protectively. Kook's gaze searched hers intently, the silence between them stretching like a tightrope. His thumb traced small circles on the bare skin of her arm, his eyes never leaving hers. "Look at me," he murmured, his voice a soft demand. Amelia felt her heart pounding like a drum in her chest. She met his gaze, trying to read the depths of his emotions. Kooks voice became low and serious while he said " I know you're hiding something from me, Amelia. I can feel it. What is it? "

Amelia: Just work stuff.

Kook's strong arms wrapped around her, pulling her into his firm chest. His warmth was reassuring, but the sudden closeness made her pulse race even more. She could feel the beat of his heart, steady and strong against her cheek, and she found herself hoping that he couldn't hear the frantic rhythm of hers. Kook's hand began to glide slowly up and down Amelia's back, a gesture that was both comforting and possessive. His touch sent a rush of heat through her body, and she had to bite her bottom lip to keep from gasping. As Kook's hand ventured downwards sliding over her curves, he paused briefly at the small of her back before continuing on to cup her firm, round ass. The gesture was both familiar and electrifying.

Amelia felt a jolt of arousal at the sudden, possessive grasp. She squirmed slightly in his lap, the fabric of her dress riding up to reveal more of her thighs. Despite her efforts to maintain a casual demeanor, she couldn't help the flush that crept into her cheeks. Kook's eyes darkened as he noticed the additional sliver of Amelia's thigh peeking out from her dress. His grip tightened, his thumb tracing the hemline, the fabric dangerously close to slipping away entirely.

Kook: You do nothing, and it makes me want you so badly.  I love you, baby.

Amelia: I love you too, Kook.

The moment lingers, the tension coiling tighter around them, until finally, Kook's hand cups the back of her head, pulling her face closer. His lips press firmly against hers, the taste of whiskey and power coating her mouth as their tongues begin to dance. Amelia's eyes flutter closed, and she lets out a small whimper of pleasure as their kiss deepens. Her hands find their way into his hair, her fingers tangling in the short, black strands as she leans into him, giving herself over to the passion that had been simmering just beneath the surface.
