A/N: This story is requested by: Minion_ni

I can't believe how many of you want Ben stories ha-ha! I have another Ben story that I premade before getting all of these additional Ben requests, so I apologize if it seems like I'm only writing stories for him!!!

Before I start, I must say that I tweaked the request ever so slightly. I was asked to make a story where Ben is fighting ALL his brothers, but I changed it to be just one since I thought it made a little more sense. If you're not happy with the end product feel free to let me know, though I think it'll be better this way. Either way, thank you for the wonderful request and I hope you enjoy!

READERS POV. 2nd PERSON:

You wake to the sound of distant yelling. Even though it's nearing the afternoon, remnants of sleep attempt pulling you back into its clutches. You turn to face the other side of your bed where your lover Ben should be, only to see the space empty. You furrow your brows in confusion and a few thoughts flicker through your head at a rapid pace. 'He usually lays back down after finishing his morning workout... where could he be?' 'Did he get lost?' You disappointedly shake your head and mumble aloud, "that's stupid he lives here." The far-off yelling grows louder, and you practically feel the metaphorical light bulb go off. You groan out, "he's fighting someone again, isn't he?" You take a moment to gather your barring's before standing with a pop of your knees. You're distinctly aware of how disgruntled you must look in this moment, but you can't find it within yourself to care much. With one final consideration, you make your way towards the voices you now recognize to be Ben and Marcus.

SLIGHT TIME SKIP:

"YOU'VE NEVER BEEN GOOD ENOUGH FOR THIS FAMILY!" Is the first thing you fully make out as you finally reach the two enraged siblings, Marcus being the one to yell this. Meanwhile Ben catches a glimpse of you approaching from behind the other man. "Hey, sleeping beauty." His snide remark would irk anyone else, but for you it only serves to give butterflies. You go to greet him in return only for Marcus to speak up, clearly not wanting to move on from the previous argument. "She has nothing to do with this, meaning she has no reason to be here... Don't you dare ignore me Number 2!" Your eyes flick to him before going right back to Ben. Marcus' words seem to have little to no effect on him, you on the other hand are becoming furious.

You shuffle over to Bens side, reaching out to grasp his hand in yours. He stares deeply into your eyes and gives your hand a small squeeze. "He's not worth it babe." Your lips quirk up into a small smile. "I just don't need you blowing a fuse on me." "Oh ha-ha. I would NEVER do such a thing." His words are heavily laced with sarcasm. Ben's clearly happy to ignore Marcus entirely, unfortunately Marcus seems to have other plans. Out the corner of your eye you see him begin to lunge at an unsuspecting Ben. Your eyes widen, using all the strength you can possibly muster; you shove Ben out of harm's way. A good thing in theory, however as Marcus's body collides with yours instead, you begin to think differently.

Moments before you crash land on the ground a pair of tentacles wrap around your waist, saving you from what would have been a very gruesome fall. The tentacles stand you up before retracting, just for Ben's real arms to take their place- embracing you tight. Not even a second passes by before he's pulling away so that he can promptly scan you up and down- looking for any sort of injury. "Are you okay sweetheart?" You quickly nod, looking a little like a bobble head, "Yeah, yeah of course. You know I can handle a little shove." He stops his frantic searching to chuckle. "Only you would be pushed with super strength, simply brushing it off afterwards... speaking of." His body turns to look at Marcus who actually has the decency appear ashamed. "WHAT THE HELL MARCUS!" Said man shifts in place. "I wasn't aiming for Y/N... obviously." You scoff. "That doesn't make it okay Marcus, you could've seriously hurt Ben! We both know you would've regretted such a thing after cooling off." "You don't even know why we were fighting! You have no right to comment." He glares at you, yet you don't back down. "Please, enlighten me then..." Your eyes flick to Ben, "...both of you." You watch on with a small sense of satisfaction as they both slowly become uneasy due to your unwavering stare. Ben begins looking at anything but you and Marcus gulps comically.

You clear your throat, "I'm waiting..." Ben awkwardly coughs. "Uhm... Marcus, you started it so why don't you explain?" "Well- well I was pressuring Ben to keep continuing his workout... because he wanted to pause to go check on you... and then I..." Marcus mumbles something ineligible, you calmly ask him to repeat himself. "...Then I pulled the 'I'm number one' thing." You put your hands on your hips and shake your head in dismay. "Okay, thank you for sharing. Now Ben, care to tell me how you responded?" "I... may or may not have told him that dad thinks I'm clearly the better son." Both boys fail to look up from the ground as you start laughing. Not a happy laugh, but a laugh that shows how unimpressed you truly are. "So, you're telling me that this whole fight started because Ben wanted to take a break from working out?" "Maybe..." You roll your eyes. "Marcus, that was uncalled for and just plain stupid. Ben, responding back with harsher words is never the solution... I shouldn't have to tell two grown men this."

In a mere second Ben goes from sorrowful to rage induced. "That may be true but that doesn't give this idiot the right to try attacking me. Definitely not the right to shove you instead." He points a harsh finger in Marcus' direction. You stand in front of him and lightly push his arm back down. "I know love, Marcus will soon apologize for that... won't you Marcus?" The end of your statement being directed at the man himself. Marcus freezes in place before rolling his eyes, retorting with, "do I really have to? "Yes, you do." You make it clear with your tone that you're not messing around. "Fine... sorry for trying to attack you Ben. Also, I'm sorry for ACTUALLY attacking YOU Y/N." You smile, "apology accepted, now Ben what do you have to say?" He scoffs, "I'm not saying anything to him." You tilt Ben's head so that he's now looking at you face to face. "Please just say this so we can move on and enjoy the rest of our day." His eyes soften for a moment though they harden again as they focus back on Marcus. "Sorry." "For..." You prompt. "For verbally assaulting you." His temper shines through his apology, but it's good enough for you. You clap your hands together, "great, can we get breakfast now?"

Ben snickers at your words. "Even if its mid-day by now, sure we can get you some breakfast." He wraps a secure arm around you and proceeds you guide you past a still stiff Marcus. You pause before passing him all the way, leaning over to whisper, "by the way, if I ever catch you berating Ben like that again... you'll wish we never met." You flash him a smile as you continue on walking, a bemused Ben still by your side.

He tries not to react though he eventually bursts out laughing, taking a solid few minutes to contain himself. "I love you so much, you know that right?" He looks at you with apparent fondness. "Of course, I know that. It's because I love you more." He smirks, "you're still a pain in my ass though." You forgo a verbal response, instead winding up to smack his arm, though he catches it before you can make contact. He looks down at you with mock horror. "Were you about to lay a hand on me?" "Scared?" He sincerely smiles before pulling you in close. "Of you? Never."
